There could be health risks associated with private water well consumption. The EPA does not regulate water supply from private wells as it does public supply systems. You should take special precautions when consuming private well water. Water can be contaminated from many varying sources ranging from rainwater, fertilizers, septic systems, and numerous others.
Our inspection reports are designed to be easy to read and comprehend. Whether you are familiar with a home's components or you are new to the construction vocabulary, we strive to make our reports uncomplicated, detailed and accurate. We use layman's verbiage, take plenty of pictures and clearly detail any issues that are found.

We make every effort to accommodate same day scheduling as we know many real estate transaction can be time sensitive. Stephen Pait is amazing! He's so fast even in this busy market. He bends over backwards to get an inspection done quickly, which this real estate market requires. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking, responsive inspector. He's a former builder, so he knows how to fix anything and what should be done and that's a super helpful background. He will get on the roof and make recommendations as well. I know a lot of inspectors won't get on the roof, so I really appreciate him going the extra mile!

Stephen is very up to date on codes and requirements for home builders. You would think my builder or county inspector would have caught issues, but several slipped by them…..luckily Stephen caught them for my 1 year new home warranty visit. He was able to schedule quickly and worked with my schedule, we were very please and definitely recommend him, for home purchases, built especially new builds!

Stephen was wonderful, responsive, prompt and incredibly detailed. He was able to schedule an inspection the same week and got the report (with no stone left unturned) back to us the next day. This was the easiest part of our home buying process and we are so appreciative to Stephen.
His report was amazing and included pictures and videos of several things he wanted us to know and understand. It's clear he gave our home attention and time, and we are so appreciative of his expertise, knowledge, and customer service. Can't recommend him highly enough.

We needed a home inspection for the house we are purchasing. We highly recommend using their services! Stephen was friendly and professional, and was so kind working around our dog and family (with small children) being in the home while he conducted his inspection. Since we’ve been living in the home as a rental for the past year, he even recommended an abridged inspection to save us money. He was thorough and explained the results of his inspection well, and also got our report to us quickly (early the next morning).
