We used KHI by default, through our realtor- for our new home inspection. They are GREAT! Professional, experienced, courteous, customer-service oriented, and above all honest, dependable, & kind! Combed our home for all repairs. HONEST review of what should be done comparative to what could be, but.... we intend on calling on them again, with intent!

We used him for our home inspection with the closing of our house we just purchased. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. What looked like a turn key home, ended up having a roof leak and some other undesirable issues. We were able to negotiate with the seller to fix the issues prior to closing, because off his good work! I would definitely recommend Knight Home Inspections and will perssonally use him again if needed.
