Very great inspectors in this company. They are quick at bookings, very thorough and super friendly. They walk you through everything they are looking for giving you informative feedback to help you prep for the future with your home. The inspectors bring snacks for the waiting buyers during the inspection. So far, Mina, Chris and Mark have been amazing.

Neil from Hawkeye was great. Before I even got to the property he was there inspecting the roof with a 30 foot camera stick.
He was courteous, professional, and very informative. Even going so far as to set up some snacks while the inspection was going on.
The inspection was beyond detailed and informative. From outside to inside, Neil caught a few key details that have since adjusted my offer on the house I was buying.
Finally, the report he sent was so immaculate and detailed, that it felt as tho he went over everything with a fine tooth comb.

For each major aspect of the inspection he described what he was looking for, why it was important, and the current condition of the house.

Neil is great, very professional and friendly.
He was patient to explain everything during the inspection and brought to to my attention underlying issues in the house.
He gave an extra mile recommending updates in the kitchen layout and the pop corn ceiling.
