I was very impressed with Paul's thorough work which he performed in a professional way. By the next day, I had the full report in hand and was ready to use with a few warranty issues to be addressed. Paul placed a radon text kit in the basement and I will send off at the appointed time.

Paul is absolutely fantastic at his job. He is very detailed oriented and very thorough in analyzing and inspecting a home. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing our first home, and the amount of information he provided was extremely helpful and insightful. Most inspections are between 2-3 hours, but his can go longer than 4 hours. His rating is very reasonable and valuable. My fiancé and I used Paul from Harmony Home Inspection to inspect a house we were looking to purchase. Due to Paul's thoroughness and willingness to take the time to explain issues and discuss needed remedies we were able to make the tough decision to walk away from a house that did not meet our needs.

Paul is the best! He was incredibly thorough and his report was unlike anything I've ever seen. He took pictures of everything(which were put in the report, along with recommendations), and he's wildly knowledgeable. He makes himself very available for his clients. Our real estate agent told us it was by far the most thorough inspection she had been on, and had the same sentiment about his report. Paul even gave us a very helpful complimentary reference book about the ins and outs of homes and home ownership. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I worked with Paul in December 2019 on my first home purchase. He is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. In total we spent 4 hours to inspect the house inside-out. He even came out a second time to inspect the roof because it was snow-covered the first time.
Paul impressed me most with his integrity. He prefers to not work with sellers agents for a buyer because he is well aware of the conflict of interest. He wants to be able to be 100% honest with the buyer. Exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend him any time!
