Really disappointed as I was lied to by management about the state of the property. Pictures look great, I suspect these blank 5 star reviews are written by management, but the state of the property is much worse. I was told residents do not get responses from management via email, phone, etc. From experience and stories, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

This apartment complex has 0 good reviews in the last year. Please don't be fooled by the blank reviews written by accounts with no reviews. This property will make your life miserable until it's taken over by other management

I’ve lived here for 2 years. Overall it’s been decent. My apartment itself wasn’t impacted by the flood. The amenities are taking a little longer than I had hoped to get back up and running but I do understand with COVID impacting literally everything right now. Other than that the new staff is super friendly and the location is amazing.

FLOOD ZONE ! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Any good review of this place has to be fake. This whole corporation is schemes! They do not care about their residents! My boyfriend , NEWBORN baby and I were hit by Hurricane Ida September 1st and it was life threatening of 16feet of water ! We were rescued from our 2nd floor window when we got off the boat a news reporter told us this floods EVERY YEAR! Apex Manayunk did not even have the decency to inform us we were IN A FLOOD ZONE. They didn’t recommend getting flood insurance so we lost almost all of our belongings and 2 cars. Renters insurance nor car insurance

Do not live here. The building management cares more about renting out the apartment than taking care of its own tenants and restoring the building to a liveable condition. There is trash everywhere, the hallways smell awful, we haven't had a working elevator since August, and the entire first floor is a construction zone. They advertise this has "renovations" but really the apartment's first floor flooded and it will continue to flood every year. Also, anytime we ask for an update on when things will get cleaned up or be restored, we are told they know nothing.

This property is in a fema flood zone. Just go through the google reviews and read how bad they are. This property has flooded twice in the last two years. After the flood management was non responsive and actually very rude. There is mold everywhere. Also 17 units were robbed and the company did nothing about it. Not to mention the regular robberies that occur on a monthly basis. The garage door was broken for 5 months and the company never fixed it so cars were also broken into. There is no security or even cameras on the property but they will lie and say that there are. After the flood they

Interesting how management ONLY responds to the positive reviews while ignoring any of the negative, actually constructive reviews. If that isn't any indication of how they address any problem a tenant has I don't know what is. Also, even more interesting is that all of recent the "five star" reviews on here are so generalized and vague while the negative reviews actually contain substance. Almost as if the people leaving the positive reviews don't live here.
As someone who does live here, don't do it. This building has been a mess since the flood. There's a $90 maintenance fee yet there is dirt

I’ve lived in the building for two months now and it’s been a complete disaster since day 1. The day our lease started and I moved things in - it appeared the apartment had not been cleaned at all since the previous tenants had left. I had to send 3 separate emails just to get 1 response back about the issue and haven’t heard a thing since. When the flood happened and the building was practically destroyed we had little to no knowledge of what was going on at the property, and since returning things have not changed. The “security” is only around maybe half of the time and when they are

More than 10% of the apartments were robbed by security guards hired by the building/company. No repairs are being made to the building despite extensive damage from Hurricane Ida. The leases are extremely one sided (i.e. signing away rights to class action, not guaranteeing service or security, massive charges for breaking leases, and more). The management is horrific considering my own and many other residents' emails/calls are not met with any response over significant periods of time. There is mold throughout the building. All of the amenities were ruined by the Hurricane and from my understanding

After a 32hr drive from Utah, my husband and I were looking forward to move into our new place. The apartment was such a disappointment, and so was the building. The building hasn’t been cleaned for a while, it only smells decent because because they have air fresheners at every corner to hide the smell of accumulated dirt. The apartment wasn’t cleaned by the previous tenants and it seemed as if no one inspected it before it was given to us. The security system and door lock were also still set up with the passcodes from the previous tenants. Even though our contract started over a week ago
