Services
All of our rates are based on single or double occupancy, with additional charges for extra guests. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made with fourteen [14] or more days' notice will be refunded all but $30. Date changes made with fourteen [14] or more days' notice will have a $30 fee. Cancellations or reservation changes made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged one night's rate.
Our newly renovated Guest Lobby is designed to help you get the most out of your vacation. It is centrally located on our Main Level between Rooms 9 and 10. Here you will find restaurant menus, brochures, and information on area activities and services. There are two computers for guest use and a large flat screen TV.
Parking is sometimes hard to find in downtown Ogunquit, and we are happy to provide our guests with one parking space per reservation. We are so conveniently located that many guests do not move their cars during their entire visit. We understand that some guests come with more than one car, or have a visitor during their stay with us.
Ogunquit and the nearby towns have several nature preserves that are beautiful places to walk or run. There is, of course, the Marginal Way walk, Ogunquit's scenic cliff-walk that meanders along the ocean for over a mile. Walk this at different times of day, and enjoy the changes in tide and lighting.

I have to say the staff went above and beyond helping me find reservations for 2 rooms. The scenery is stunning. The reason for 3 star rather than 4 is due to their parking issue. The spaces are very tight and you may have difficult time finding a space or even getting in and out of your car. We went out for the day and when we returned in the evening, there was no place to park because some guests backed into the parking spaces and have taken up 2 spaces. Guest services try reaching the guest but they were out and we were offered to park at the overflow parking on the other side of the street

I just stayed at the Sea Chambers less than two weeks ago. My family enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was very nice. The room was very large. We had two queen beds and a pull out couch. The room had a microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware and a coffee maker. The room was spotless. The grounds were very nice. We could see the ocean from our room. The pool area also very nice. They also had a very large deck area overlooking the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great customer service and clean room, but the bed was terrible. We could feel the springs in our backs, and it sank when we got in. We had room 6 (a king sized bed), and it was super disappointing for such an expensive room. Hopefully, they upgrade the beds soon because it is convenient to everything without driving.

My favorite place to stay In Ogunquit. Convenient to everything. Near Marginal Way entrance. Walk to dinner and shops. Beautiful ocean views. Wonderful pool and hot tub, fire pit and chairs overlooking ocean. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and have great conveniences like microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers,toasters, clothes drying rack etc. office staff is very nice and customer service oriented. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

My fiancé and I just stayed here last weekend and had such a great experience. I had stayed here quite a few times when I was younger as my dad spent a lot of time in Ogunquit and I always thought it was a great place... But it was so fun to go back as an adult and experience it again. They've recently done a renovation which made the rooms so fresh and lovely. There is a microwave and a mini fridge in each room which makes it really easy to bring leftovers home from dinner the night before if you can't finish and have a little something for lunch. It's a very nice casual atmosphere

Loved everything about this place. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was lovely and the location can't be beat. There's a pool and jacuzzi overlooking the beach. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast included: good coffee, bagels, fruit. Simple but good. I would stay here again.

My family has stayed at this hotel for almost ten years now every summer. We have been vacationing in ogunquit almost 15 years. Recently new owners took over and clearly do not know how to treat loyal guests nevermind run a business. How do you call a family up and tell them they should rent a house? Why would you not want a family that books at least 10 rooms and more and more every year returning to your hotel? When they encourage new guests to come and increase your business? Are we not good enough to rent your rooms??? I am disgusted with the owners of this hotel but happy to give someone else

Not kewl at all starting renovations in front of my $100+ night room at 8:00a!!! I'm not happy right now! Very unthoughtful of you! I called the desk and she's not helping! How many folks are here until 11a? It's off season by the water to get away from noise. Not many guests you s/h started it later on!!! Update your manager upon checkout lied and said guests were called about these renovations and my # was on the bill but I was not called! She told me 'I hope your day gets better then walked away'. Wow. Xmas decor outside was more pressing than my discomfort. I found

First time we stayed there we had a renovated room. We loved it. This week we had the worst room ever for the same exact price! Old and cruddy! Even the electric outlets were ancient and wouldn't accommodate my extension strip. The TV was tiny and we kept having to call the desk to help us get it to work. Someone's dectector went on the blink and it took them forever to fix it, driving all the guests crazy. Make sure you get a renovated room! Location is great, but we might be moving on.....

Hubby and I love Sea Chambers. Location, location; you can't ask for better. Just slightly out of the main crowded area of downtown, so that it feels more oceanside and quiet, but it's really a one minute walk to wherever you want to be in Ogunquit. Watching the waves crash right outside your window is priceless. The view from your deck is of a vast expanse of ocean, really nice to hear at night and wake up to in the morning. The staff could not be friendlier and although the room is a little old school looking, it's large and there was a little partition that separated the beds
