Delicate Gem is AMAZING! I reached out to Harry through Etsy a few months after my fiancé had given me my engagement ring (also done by Delicate Gem) to see if he could create a custom wedding band to curve around my ring. He was very quick to respond to my request, and after chatting back and forth about what I wanted, I sent my ring off to him to get started. He had an online mockup of what the band would look like within a week, and once approved, he got the band itself done in a very timely manner as well. We first met Delicate Gem when trying to put together a unique engagement ring. I had a vision/picture. My husband and I have been getting our jewelry made here for 4 years! Harout and his team are incredible and very trustworthy they produce some of the most high quality pieces of jewelry you have ever seen. Everything made and no middle man. Prices are very fair for what they do.

This store claims to have a 100% refundable policy within certain time period but NO, THEY DO NOT. We reached out within a month but they decided to tell us such REFUND POLICY DOES NOT EXISIT. That's just shady! I mean... we made a 10k purchase on a ring with these people- this is the biggest amount we've ever spent, but we found out they don't follow through what they told us?! Not creditable at all!

If anything comes up and you need them to stand behind their store policy like us do, don't hope for it, they won't honor their promises. Consider putting this large amount

About 10 years ago for my 5 year anniversary, I had my engagement stone reset with a custom band which I happened to love at the time but later through the years found out the quality of workmanship wasn't ideal as I had thought which left a bad impression of the jewelers at the diamond district since then.
