Liz Dworkin is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about designing exercise and nutrition plans to improve fitness, maximize workout efficiency, boost stamina and improve the overall well being of her clients. Fitness drives me to be a better person each and every day, and in return it has helped me to become the best personal trainer I can be.

Liz is a great personal fitness trainer. She has kept me motivated throughout the entire workouts. In only 3 weeks I had already started to see changes in my body, my energy levels, and overall mood. She caters to your goals and helps you reach them. She is very knowledgeable and what I like most about her routine is that it is never the same and always changing.

Liz is amazing. She’s only been working with me a week but I love her encouraging attitude and great energy. I have yet to do the same exercise twice! I never know what she has in store for me when I show up. You will never be bored! And she gives great suggestions for nutritional changes to help with weight loss. She even texts occasionally to check on my soreness level throughout the week. She pushes me to do more than I think I can do, but never in a nasty way—always in a positive way.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Liz Dworkin Fitness. Liz has been the biggest blessing over the last year, and frankly is so affordable!!! She goes beyond just training and always gives me coaching and diet accountability when I ask for it. She travels with equipment, has her own private gym, and offers flexibility every week on times with my ever-changing work schedule. Most importantly, she is personally invested in my success which is the number one reason it has been easy to lose weight working with her. Liz is absolutely amazing hands down! She has the best attitude and is very friendly, opening, and understanding. When I first met Liz I was struggling with terrible back problems. She immediately found ways to modify our exercises to accommodate for that struggle and help me strengthen my core. I've since moved on to having her train me to run in a 5K....she's tough but amazing, and an excellent motivator if I could give a million star rating I would 🙌🏼

Two years ago, I knew I needed to lose weight and get healthier. I had tried different methods of losing weight over the years—from exercise DVDs to a gym membership I’d use sporadically to even a juice cleanse—and never saw long-term results. So what can I say about Liz Dworkin other than she’s an amazing trainer?? Plenty! She’s a great motivator, a go-getter, and a great person. I trained with her for 2 years with 2 different partners and I don’t regret it a bit. And don’t misconstrue that it’ll take you 2 years to see results! You’ll see results within the first few months! I stayed two years because I wanted to learn as much as I could and be held accountable for staying healthy! I can say now that I’m in the best shape of my life (and I can still eat the good foods!) and have all the necessary tools and knowledge that
