Last week my sons tires (all four of them) were slashed. The apartment complex said there is nothing they can do. Today, riding through the parking lot another 🚗 had its tires slashed. REALLY!!! And there is nothing they can do? How about security cameras. I have told them over and over about the lights in the walkway being out, nothing is done. Are they waiting for someone to be assaulted? This is a beautiful place and certainly not cheap. Why don't they care about their tenants??

Trash is everywhere where and the cars are constantly vandalized (See what happened to mine below). Don't let this place fool you because it's off the golf course, I've lived in nicer communities near Fremont and Charleston. I've had my apartment windows broken twice because of golf balls, neither are fixed yet...still waiting on the management company. Please think twice before living in this community, not worth the aggravation or price. Also no cameras or lights in parking lot, people have been robbed and attacked on multiple occasions

If I could give negative stars...this is for Ladera the manager Naja is the most unprofessional confrontational no soft skills manager when dealing with tenants. There is alot I could say but I'm not. Just know going to Ladera if you have any kind of issues be prepared to be belittled. The property is beautiful but all the units have the same issues leaking windows in the rain, washer dryer constant leak and floods in the rain master room AC blows an intense amount of air and the other room barely blows at all bathtubs with completely uneven floors must get a tub mat in order to get evenness. I want to share my horrible experience with this company. At first glance, this place looks amazing to a nice golf course. Looks can be very deceiving so do your research and read reviews. I rented an apartment at the Legacy Pointe Apartments on 2/12/21. Upon arriving to the complex with my movers on this date, I was told the unit was not ready due to new carpet installation. I had to cancel the movers that day and pay them extra to hold my stuff overnight. Then, after the second week of living there, a pipe broke in the wall which cause me to vacate the unit for a week. The name speaks for itself. It's an absolute gorgeous complex that sits directly behind The Legacy Golf grounds. Everything you need when wanting to shop is within minutes of driving in this beautiful community. We like to thank Brittany for her warm welcoming professional customer service. I love the place, I love the location! But the walls are impressively thin. So my upper neighbor's morning routine (4:00am to 4:59) wakes me up every week day and 7am on the weekends. I suffer a lot from anxiety and this triggers it. It would have been nice if they announce this as an issue, but they didn't even mention it... It is truly horrible to have signed a 12 month contract and having this issue. And I am not kidding, it is not a soft stepping, you can hear the shower, the creaking of the floor, the water flow from the sink as if it would be falling in your face. It is so loud

We have been seeking accommodations to be nearer to our 90 y/o father and have spoken with many property management firms with disappointment.

Living here is been a hassle and somewhat depressing. I have had so many unnecessary problems with this place it would be too much to list. One of the main issues is that maintenance is lazy! Most recently I put in a work order to have my laundry room door and my kitchen drawer fixed. Almost two weeks went by and nothing was done. Then I get a phone call asking if they had fixed my stuff. I had not been home that weekend so I told him I'm not sure. I get home and sure enough, it's not done. But even worse they closed out my work order. How do you close a work order when you don&apos

1st Impressions are a major key!
I'm a new resident at Legacy Point/Ladera aaaaand smh, I'm not happy about it at all.
On the day of move-in(1 day after the date agreed upon) my unit was NOT ready, is NOT ready and dont show any signs at all of being rectified nor responded to. I regret the Legacy Point/Ladera.
*Unclean unit,
- chicken bones on the floor damn near plain sight.
- Both Bathrooms unclean, including the toilets.
Hair, food crumbs, stains in multiple rooms, refrigerator wasnt cleaned at all, said "we'll send someone out to clean it for you..." fridge/freezer

The only reason I gave it one star is because I could not give it a zero. Today is 4th July 2019 and I'm here writing a f@cking post on a apartment. Been here just two days! When moving in I met the tenant who lives above me, and one of the first things he said to me was if it gets to loud to let him know. Thought that was strange for a first encounter, but moved on. On the first night I could hear every move the upstairs tenant made no matter the room. The "LOUD" creeking noises, the "BOOM" BOOM". No music or partying going on, no loud voices, just the feeling

Lived here about 8 months and overall the apt is nice but we were lied to that we were supposed to have hardwood floors

These five star comments are most likely made up... There's no possible way anyone in their right would give these apartments a high rating... while living at this complex we felt that the staff didn't care about our safety. To start, upon moving in, the water heater was hooked up improperly so the gas technician deemed it unsafe and wouldn't turn on the gas. The apartment maintenance came out and "fixed" the water heater piping by using duct tape and turned on the gas. I was nervous about their quick fix so I had a professional plumber come out to look at the work. He

If you're looking for an AMAZING property ... look no further! This place is so beautiful and inviting. I went on a tour with Devin and got the royal treatment. He was exceptionally professional and made my tour so personable. He had such a high level of customer service - definitely different from other properties I've been to. The apartments are nice and clean. The community is great! This is definitely the place for me!!! I'm excited!!!

We have been living at this complex since March 2003. When we move in the name of the complex was Green Valley County Club Apartments. The name was recently changed to Legacy Pointe Apartments. In 2016 we had to move into a first floor so called disabled apartment (myself and my husband are both disabled) now known as Legacy Pointe Apartments. The past three summers we have had an A/C leaking problem and this summer the problem has gotten much worse. Whenever they attempt to stop the leaking it may stop a day or two. We have to keep plastic and pieces of heavy materials to absorb the water. This

We have moved in 2 months ago and it's been problem after problem.
RATS. Rats were the first problem. Called and called with no help. Had to kill 1 rat ourselves. 2 more rats were seen in the next 2 days. Then we had to call a pest company and spend 2 nights in a hotel room.
Air conditioning here is a JOKE!!! Management stated in a letter that homes should only be 15 degrees cooler than the outside. So if it's 115 outside, it is expected to be 100 in your home.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
We will be seeking legal actions on how to break our lease and get out of this place.

I rented a 2 bdrm, 2 baths with full size washer and dryer in the unit, sight unseen, moving from 325 miles away.
I worked with RICH, who is very personable, and he chose a great apartment based on our many conversations, and what I expressed in my desire in a unit.
STEPHANIE moved me in since Rich was off work the day I arrived, and she was great in explaining and answering all questions.
I'm very satisfied with the unit and the staff.

Moving in today and upon inspection of apartment and grounds, everything was very clean and well kept. There are a couple of minor issues that are being handled as we speak. Everyone in the office, from the rental agents to Resident services have been so very helpful and kind.
I'm really looking forward to living here. It's very quiet too.
I was a little hesitant in our choice to move here in reading all of the negative comments. In the many years I've been in customer service, I've found that most people would rather complain than praise a situation.

How about with the pest problem? I have dead bees appearing in my bathroom and no one they send seems to be able to figure out where they're coming from. We've had three rats since we moved in and an ant infestation. None of these things were solved by the apartment complex.
Any time we put in a ticket to have something repaired, it takes two weeks or more, and usually another call, before anything gets fixed. They haven't been able to fix the leaking AC unit, which has been a problem

Upon move in got basically a bait and switch.
The apartment they show you is not the one you move into.
It is about a year later and all the damages you see in the videos I am actually being billed for even though they were prior damage... Pretty annoyed and currently fighting with the finance department.
The Finance team said they do not have email and cannot view videos online so I am having to burn these videos to a CD and mail it to them. so they can "review".
