Southwind Apartments

Hi, to whom this may concern, (DO NOT MOVE HERE) I have stayed in Southwinds Apartments for a year and Southwinds Apartments are nice inside and outside. But the only problems or issues I was having was with the refrigerator (to most people it might not seem like a big deal until your food goes bad because the refrigerator is improperly working) after several calls to the office to put in work related orders for my refrigerator NOT COOLING PROPERLY, NOT CHILLING PROPERLY, NOT DEFOSTING PROPERLY or THE REFRIGERATOR TIMMER HAS STOP WORKING AND THE ICE MAKER STOPS WORKING. Moving forward when maintenance

Haven't had any problems in the 2 years I have lived here. My boys love it here. However office manager is as rude as they come but up side Mrs. Cynthia is so sweet and helpful.

I was robbed outside my sister house gun pointed . Please don't not move out here . A drug area

The apartments are very nice. The staff is okay. I have lived here not even 6 months and im ready to leave. I've had an issue with some people or some one smoking weed and coming through my walls or floor or vent and they are not helping me out at all by trying to stop the problem and I have a little girl in the house.. needless to say were moving this month. I suggest not to move in here

Lived there for 4 years. Apartments are nice. A lot of kids out there who don't care about your cars. Staff is ok but Myra is rude.
