I lived here for a year and a half. It was all good till covid. The maintenance person Paul refused to wear a mask. He was suppose to enter my apartment every 3 months for maintains but I honestly didn't feel safe with that. I voiced my concerned emailing the leasing office they replied in a extremely rude manner saying masks aren't required in the hallway despite the fact I was receiving weekly texts asking to were one in the common areas and the hallway definitely counts as one. I don't want someone who practices unsafe mask wearing to enter were I live its unacceptable. They are extremely ruds

When I decided to move to Norfolk for school, I made exactly one trip to the area and spent two days here looking for a place to live. Monticello Station was one of the places I looked at. Crystle was absolutely amazing! I was determining if I should move back to Virginia and she made me feel like the Monticello was the perfect fit for me! Even though I moved to a different state in the end she was very understanding and super sweet! If you are moving to the Norfolk area Monticello is the place to go! And be sure to ask for Crystle! She will take great care of you!

I was a tenant here for two years and the service was consistently excellent. SL Nusbaum Realty must understand the importance of quality management in relation to occupancy and retention. I recommend Monticello Station to anyone looking for the convenience of downtown living because of the safety and security of the property, as well as service and professionalism that comes with it.

Most dedicated staff to customer service and taking care of the property that I have ever experienced. In the 20 months I have lived here, all the interior hallways have been painted. New security cameras and other features have been installed and/or updated. At present all the hallway lights are being updated to LED, and the tarnished lense covers replaced! This complex isn't 7 years old yet and feels brand new! Management and maintenance that treat it's rentors and the building the way I want my home. If you want to live downtown, I highly recommend this residence. Attached City parking garage

The apartments themselves are very nice and for the price I have no complaints. I did have issues with people playing saxophone late into the night but for the past month this has gone down considerably. I think an interior unit or a unit on a quieter street would be a little better but if you don't mind a little city noise this is great area to live

Ive been living here for over a year now and I will not be renewing my lease. If it wasn't for the downtown commute to job I would not be staying here. The rent is pricy but that's what you get when you live in this area. But at that price you shouldn't have to deal with bums on every corner (begging you for money), monthly paying of parking for you and your guest ( $50 per person/vehicle), trick hidden fees (due to the staff), monthly fire drills at 7am, and above all numerous cars were broken into multiple times inside the parking garage including mine and a friends. Nothing has been done about
