I have lived at the Fairfax Apartments for 1.5 years. It's been one of my favorite apartments: great character, great location, easy parking (with the city parking garage just across the street), and friendly staff. Plus, I never hear my neighbors! In my entire time here, just one issue. And the maintenance team was quickly on top of it! A shout-out to Rodney who stopped by after-hours to assist with the problem. And, he called afterwards to make sure it was still working properly. I was definitely impressed!

We've only lived here for 5 weeks but so far we're very satisfied. Kim Edwards in the leasing office, with whom we met via FaceTime and via voice and email, was personable, professional, and expedient in processing our paperwork etc. We actually rented sight unseen but were happy with our building upon arrival. It was clean, odor free, and well appointed. The seating area on the ground floor is currently closed due to COVID. We are hoping that within the near future it will be re-opened. Unfortunately, the roof top deck access available for all the residents is also closed. This is disappointing

The units are really nice and newly renovated. I appreciate the fact that the walls must be well insulated because I never hear my neighbors which is really nice. The management is responsive and helpful. My only complaints are that my washer/dryer is smooshed into my closet, so I have very little closet space and it’s very difficult to do laundry in such a tight space. I have a rather large utility closet across from my kitchen that I’d think would be the perfect place to put the washer/drier so it’s frustrating but I’m still grateful to have the ability to do laundry in unit. I’m not
