Checked out this area, I wish there was more room for visitor parking for this location. Also reading through these reviews...you do know people can have different email addresses correct? Their profiles can have different names too...maybe they didn't want to write their actual names? Nothing wrong with that but a standard reply of not being able to verify their account doesn't really make much sense. Also ran into & talked to a few of the tenants already present outside, nothing really impressive said which is the bases of my review. Thanks.

I had multiple friends live here and their experiences were all similar. They always talked about how management would never respond to their emails or calls and that they were promised deposits and move in specials and that they ended up not delivering. How can you advertise that and NOT come through. Very shady place, and they also don’t tell you about the homeless that frequent the area. There used to be a tent city less then 10ft from the property. A lot of problems within the home itself too such as bad plumbing, clogged showers, rats, etc.

Would 100% not recommend this apartment complex to any one looking for housing in Reno! I just recently moved out from my apartment after a year after many issues I decided to let go & not write a review on. I did a final walk through with Kasandra Tyrer, the community director in which she told me everything looked great & my deposit would be released that day. Two weeks later I received a letter saying the carpet was replaced & I needed to pay the difference. Confused, I’ve emailed Kasandra for more information or pictures of what she had seen that required the carpet to be replaced & I have

The professionalism of this establishment is questionable. They have lied on previous tenants and attempted to charge them for damages that have been verified with the manager prior to move in. Management is very disorganized and uses residents as their scapegoat instead of trying to correct their mistakes. Avoid this property at all costs! You will be ignored and lied to and they will not address your issues unless you contact corporate. Rent at your own risk.

Made an appointment went out of our way to view an apartment to rent, and they couldn’t even give us a heads up saying “sorry we can’t make it” nothing. We drove down and tried to view what we thought would be a beautiful apartment, it was a godsend that they didn’t show up at least they did us that favor.

Similar to previous reviews, these apartments are in a TERRIBLE AREA. PLEASE do not waste your time or money renting here! Lived here for a year, NEVER heard back from management initially. The price for rent is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t let their website fool you with their estimates either, after rent is paid there’s at least another $100 on top of miscellaneous apartment fees they don’t warn you about beforehand. I also wish I would of spent more time looking at the area before, it’s 100% not worth the price and seriously unsafe, police are CONSTANTLY being called. Hope this review
