Reading the reviews below really surprise me! I have been a tenant at Sunset Ridge for 6 years now and this property has only gotten better. New management took over about 4 years now and let me tell you, so much improvements and renovations have been done inside and outside the property. Maintenance is so fast to respond and they have never kept me waiting their quality of work is awesome! my unit is beautiful and upon my renewal new things are done to my unit. Management is friendly and go above and beyond for you. Everything is so central here, It would be impossible for me to ever give my apartment

Well I have called and called and never received a call back. 2 times I went there during business hours and the office was closed. The door had a specific time they would be back, I waited an hour and a half past that and no one ever opened the office. I will contact the owner maybe he can give me information on renting.actually nevermind

My husband and I have lived at this complex for 4 years now. It is not the nicest place, but its home and we like it. The neighborhood is lower income but it is in a neighborhood which we love and it's quiet. We've has very minor problems in our time there.
The apartments themselves are old and lack a lot. No A/C, no dishwashers, no washer/dryer hookups... But they're large and fairly cheap. Plus you don't pay for hot water or heat. The maintenance on them is so-so but all of our big issues are fixed in a timely fashion. It's the more minor ones that don't quite get resolved.
The big issue is
