I'm sure you wondered how others lived before you moved in...I know I have. So I attached a few pictures on my unit (Washington Heights). A refrigerator tells a lot about a person. I kept this unit CLEAN, never had any problems with bugs of any sort. Literally only seen 4 small spiders my whole 14 months here. I signed a 12 month lease, but due to being sick for 3 months, followed by covid I just moved out last week. I would highly recommend this property as there were no complaints my entire stay. Joey, Beth, Colton, & Dylan made me feel like family. Thank you for such a beautiful apartment for

I've been renting from Joey for the past 7 1/2 to 8 years now and coming from little to no rental history at and from having a bad pass Joey took a chance with me and my family and I have never let him down. No matter what the subject was/is either Joey himself or someone from the office has always returned messages or emails in a timely fashion. With renting from Joey for as long as I have I don't just consider him as a landlord myself and my family consider him as a friend. I would have given more stars but it only allows 5, but most definitely Joey and his team deserves waaaaaay more.

Super unprofessional. Will cheat you on rent. Going to move out next month.... wants iin the house have asked for traps or to get sprayed for two months in a row and nothing has happened. Broken fixtures and no smoke alarms. Super dangerous, was told the woild be fixed the monday after I moved in. Do not rent from these people.

Best property management in Reno! Joey and Beth are the best. My maintenance was very responsive. When I moved in my apartment was vintage and adorable and super clean. I just moved out and they were more than fair on my move out charges. Joey and Beth and the rest of the staff are amazing. I would recommend this management company to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
