I’d give 0 if I could, here are things you should know before moving here !
•BROKEN FURNITURE and a collapsing shower while I was inside. My bed frame sways about 3 inches left and right. It literally feels like I’m sleeping on a boat.
My shower collapsed and the rod hit my head hard enough to cause some swelling and a headache.

When the maintenance crew came he found a corner leg of my bed frame was taped together and that my shower rod was super glued to the walls ! They added a random end piece from another shower rod to make it fit instead of buying the right size shower rod.

If i could give less than a star , I would !!
These student apartments are pure trash . I renewed my lease and transferred to a different floor plan and they didn't THINK that I would want to keep my parking spot ?!! I moved in a week and a half before everyone else and they didn't think to tell me OH BY THE WAY, YOU HAVE TO REQUEST A NEW PARKING SPOT . NOPE , they gave away my spot and now I'm stuck parking in the guest spots. AND TRYING TO FIND A SPOT ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. and if you're willing to risk it, handicap spots are the only thing available

DO NOT let your kids stay here. No one gets back to them about fixing issues with the apartment. We paid for parking spot and someone is always in it. Had to park elsewhere and car got towed. $350. This is STILL going on. I can't get anyone in management to call me back. No accountability or service. Beyond disappointed.

This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They charge you for anything they can think of. I just moved out and got an email saying I owe $147 in cleaning fees. Some of the "fees" included cleaning the carpet in my room, the toilet, the sink and the mirror in my bathroom. I took care of my carpet and it was in the exact same condition it was in when I moved in (it was already gross to begin with). Then, they charged me bathroom cleaning fees even though I had scrubbed and cleaned the bathroom before moving out. Also, when someone moves out, aren't they required to professionally

Lived there for a year. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, there is constant noise at all times of the day including at 3-4am no matter what day it is. There's supposed to be "quiet time" after 10pm but it is never enforced. the wifi is terrible, the rooms are extremely small for what you're paying for, they do not vet their residents nor do they do any kind of matching roommates by compatibility like other places like this so you'll end up with obnoxious roommates who party all night and have no boundaries like I did. Do not send your kids here, these places are scams. an 18-19 year old

Very average apartments. The price is high due to the location, the amenities and upkeep of the building are not great. It's about a 10 minute walk to campus, but I never felt safe walking especially at night. Definitely for college kids, there are always parties on weekends that make it loud at night. The apartments are getting old so a lot of maintenance - when you submit work orders they are on top of it but it's annoying to keep getting things fixed. The leasing staff is not the nicest, I had to inquire about the same thing multiple times in order to get an answer - but they get it done eventually

I am going to keep this short and simple, for paying $700-$900 a month, you get the bare minimum. The hallways feel like prison, the floors are always dirty, elevator stinks and there is always ruckus and noise everywhere. There are so many parties and maintenance does not upkeep the building at all. Cabinets are falling off, my stove smokes so much everytime it's turned on that I have to open all the doors and windows to avoid the smoke alarm going off, the fridges are so small and do not accommodate for roommates, my bathroom walls had stains all over it when I moved in, and there is a HUGE

Brianna has reached out to me and made me realize a lot of my problems had been with someone who was recently fired, so from here on out there shouldn't be problems. Still, a super sneaky and way overpriced apartment complex but Brianna clarified a lot and I felt heard for the first time with my landlords.
