I've been here a month and I absolutely love it here, rent perfect laundry room gym, awesome renters and neighbors, and very nice landlords , it's a great place to live

This is our second year living here and we have had no issues. Management will work with you if you have any concerns or problems. Pretty quiet at night and all the neighbors are nice enough. Great place!

So far the manager is probably the best landlord to date as far as landlords go. Amazing first impression, super helpful,very straight forward and really nice. All though we just moved in we love it so far. I would definitely recommend this place and as far as bang for your buck I'd say its pretty average for Reno to date. You can't just rent a house for 1,000.00 dollars anymore, thanks Tesla, anyways yes. Five stars all the way.

Nice place to live, my only issue with the place is that the office never answers the phone and the washer/dryers are small. Besides that the people are friendly and the management keeps it clean. Also when something is broken they fix it quickly

This has to be the worst place you can possible rent from no parking spaces to people breaking into your car at night and don’t get me started with the maintenance they will never fix your apartment I call over and over to fix my sink and they where never able to fix such a small detail the apartment have such poor Insulation that it would be freezing during the winter and burning hot in the summer. Lmao!! this place is a joke!! I regretfully renewed my lease.. The people in the office don’t answer you calls or even call you back after you leave a voicemail.. The gate is always open and cars are broken into as well as car windows been broken.. They will not pay for your property damages when the property itself is gated. But if you damage something in the property, they’ll hold you accountable.. it’s rubbish!! I moved here almost a year ago, if you have a uhaul it will not fit under the Deck which was oddly enough not mentioned even after I was asked if I was bringing one. Which at the time I thought was an odd question. I was told each unit had one assigned parking spot with plenty of guests spots. There are only 4 guest spots. In Dec and Jan numerous cars were getting broken into. I had a headlight and tail light stolen and stuff inside the car.
