I rented from 435 N Oxford. I no longer live there, due to the many issues I had with the management of the property.
When I first moved to the property I was never notified that I would have issues with parking due to construction. I was told that it would have been fixed by my move in date, & it was not. The location I was told to park was inconsistent with parking availability & forced many times to park on the street. I was informed if I wanted parking with my unit it would be 50 dollars on my rent. I did not have sufficient parking until Dec '18, I started leasing in Sept &apos

I was at the Gailmore property for 6 years and while I struggled with management in the past. I've had a really breezy and lovely time with my exit thanks to Kaylie Terrance. She was kind, understanding, timely and just all around a kind presence. She is excellent at her job and is very intelligent and I could always count on her to get the job done and make me feel good about it after. This 5 stars is for you Kaylie! Thank you !

I rented an apt on 257 S Kenmore Ave through this company. Let me tell you how awful they are to deal with. Completely unhelpful in any way. I had roaches in my apartment all year, Brenda sent exterminators a few times and after that didn't fix the problem it was just "well I've done all I can. Your neighbors must be dirty." There should be no way for roaches to ENTER my unit which she didn't seem to understand. After moving out it was extremely difficult to schedule a final inspection with Kaylie. She ignored emails and actually stood me up for one of our scheduled appointments

I live in the USC ISM property and have been extremely frustrated with management. There has been turnover of 5 employees since living here 16 months ago and not once has anyone in the building been notified. None of the pertinent information such as repairs or parking requests has been passed onto the new manager(s) and repairs are usually left untouched for over 6 weeks. The washing machines have been out of service for 11 months and minimal effort has been made to repair them. When I email the property manager about any repair, rent question, or other issue I either do not get a response or

Writing this review for a colleague--DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS MGMT COMPANY. LEASING AGENT AND PROPERTY MANAGER ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEXPERIENCED. As an individual who is in commercial real estate, this mgmt company do not conduct business in a faithful and professional manner and is a disgrace to the industry.

I love living in Parkwood apartment.Whenever I request a maintenance for my home,They fix the problem rightaway.All of workers are hard workers and wonderful.They also have some family/Kids events( easter egg hunting,BBQ etc )every year,We enjoy it and appreciate everything all they do for the residence.

I like in parkwood apts. For about 18 years. I have to say say sue is our management and she is a delightful person to deal with always. If there is anything need to be done or something need to be fixed it is done right away. It is a peaceful wonderful play to live close to schools and bus routes. Beautiful atmosphere to live Nieghbors are friendly and keep to them self's and are always willing to help when they see you struggling to do something

Sadly this is the worst management company I have ever dealt with in my 8 years of renting. I moved in to one of the company's brand new tri-level homes. Brand new... first to live in it, you'd think it would be smooth sailing right? Nope. Even just starting the application process, the leasing agent Cydney Ross took days, weeks to get back to me. I had to constantly follow up with them to even hear anything. I finally found out I was approved and given a day to move in and on the day, the leasing agent told me it was her day off and that I could maybe move

Worst property management that you could possibly deal with! Stay away from them or else, they steal half or all of your security deposit! Same as what they did to us! We gave them $500 and received $300 back! The check even came after the 21 days, which is the legal time to receive the security deposit back. We even had to fight to get it!
