I had a great experience living at The Current. It had many wonderful amenities, like the outdoor and indoor pools, dog park and coffee lounges. The space of my apartment was very spacious and had enough room for my dogs. I love that my dogs had many dog parks to go to. The staff was super friendly especially Melissa. She was so healthful In every way and was easy to talk to about the Apartments and my dogs. She was very knowledgeable about the Current apartments and made it easy for me to choice to live here. If your looking for a pet friendly place then choice The Current.

They Nickle and dime you and don’t tell you about certain fees until the day of, multiple times there have been dead mice in the dog pool and today 8/15/21 I took a photo to show you. The apartments are pretty decent and spacious. Everyone that lives here has been nice, but staff is not good to deal with. When we moved in I told them about my dog being an emotional support animal, and the leasing agent, Morgan said that the letter doesn’t apply because they have no restrictions on animals. Called the state and found out that they were wrong. Asked to have my air conditioning unit looked at

The current is a very unreasonable and hard management crew to work with. My boyfriend and I wantef to move building s in which they helped us do so but made the process unbearable. We got a moving truck and moved out of our old apartment to move into our new apartment and when we went to go get our keys and they told us that we couldn't move in because our application wasn't finished!
They didn't have the decency to contact us before hand to let us know they didn't have everything for move-in so we are out hundreds of dollars and their management crew is lacking help nobody

No question, this is the best apartment complex we've lived in.

Friendly staff, from front office to maintenance to housekeeping to back of the house.
Grounds well maintained.
Staff is on top of everything 24/7 always, we're impressed more than words can say about the quality of care taken with snow/ice.
Laundry rooms are very clean, garages are safe, clean and secure.
Grills all over property, always clean.
Pools are clean, beautiful decor in pool area.
If you are looking for a new home, Currents would be a great place.

Don't move here this place sucks, they have so many stupid rules and stuff and nothing is safe I almost broke my finger in my door because they have no stopper. They have so many problems and they don't fix them and it's so annoying, my dish washer doesn't work and they said they will fix it and it's been 3 months. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

I had issues with Currents management from move in until now, a move after my lease has ended. The approval process took several weeks and the amount of information we were required to provide was massive. It was also impossible to get a straight answer from anyone in the office about the status of our application/next steps. We had to reach out daily and ask what more was needed, currents continued to say they didn’t have the proper paperwork they had requested, most of this was never requested until we asked about our applications status. An incredible amount of fake reviews posted 5 months ago. Apartment complex went from under 3 stars to 4.3 stars. Fake reviews echoing how great management is/all dog breeds welcome/etc. Go look at the 5 star reviews and you will see the similarities right away. Hundreds of reviews posted 5 months ago.

Do not live here! They will nickel and dime you for everything. Maintenance is incompetent and will not fix any issues you have. They do cheap and quick fixes. The management will bully you until you move. I have talked to many other residents and they agree. They are overpriced and only care about the money. They will turn off your water at least once a week to fix pipes. Lastly, the office staff are rude and stupid, they do not communicate and make living there a nightmare.

I moved out almost a year ago. There are so many nice things I could say. I have a small dog who I rescued with extremely high anxiety who by the time I moved out just loved going to the office to get treats and pets from Missy. I had some maintenance issues but they were remedied in a mostly timely manner (mostly because I didn't want someone in my home with my anxiety dog without me) So I am leaving this review for currents and hope others will see this and love it as much as I did.

Wonderful apartments! The grounds are always well kept and and it’s one of the few places that will allow my dogs! I’ve never had problems and when there’s maintenance issue, it’s always promptly done. Shout out to Missy, she’s always so sunny and will go to the ends of the earth to answer my questions!

Nice place! Apartments with NO WEIGHT OR BREED RESTRICTIONS is hard to find which makes this place perfect for all types of dogs. Great amenities. Love that there is an indoor, heated pool especially in the winter. A great escape without having to leave your home!

I only ended up living here for a few months, due to financial issues, but honestly it's the best apartment I've ever lived in. Mariah was the woman in the office who helped me with the tour and application. She was amazing. Always on top of everything and I got approved in like a week. There are so many dogs here and I feel like I knew every dog in my building.[even better than I knew their owners] 😅 but I give this place 5 stars because it deserves it. The newly renovated units are spectacular. Neighbors are friendly and staff is super helpful :)

Rented a little over a year ago. I tried getting into a 2 bedroom when my lease was up in the 1 bedroom and they just made it hell. One person would tell me one thing and then was told something else by another. They wanted me to sign a lease for a unit but they wouldn't let me see the unit until move in day. Why would anyone sign a lease before seeing the unit??? I was not about to be stuck with them again.
Was being threatened by the guy living below us. We were barely home, Just two adults who like to just sit and watch TV. But he was always pounding on our floor. (His ceiling). The managers

Do NOT move here! Besides the insects, heating doesn't work well, doors don't close properly so the building is not 'secure'. And on top of that, management doesn't care about anything but getting their money. The women in the office are mean, rude, and just want the rent. Run-down, insect-ridden nasty place. Stay FAR AWAY.

I'm not one for writing reviews, but I cannot thank this community enough for what it has to offer. I lived here from December 2014 to February 2016 with my then 5 year old pittie (now 8). I was referred by A Rotta Love Plus when I had just about given up on the apartment search and this was the first and only place I needed to look. Kim is very knowledgeable and Hana was always fast to respond to my odd email inquiries. Since moving out I have referred two couples, one who I am close friends with, who both have German Shepherds and have also almost given up hope on finding a place to live

Good place and friendly. The only issue is they have mice. If you can hack little furry friends then you're good.

If the review is 3 or higher, its probably not a real person that actually lives there. Every bad review is absolutely true. Look elsewhere!

Currents was previously known as Regency Pointe Apartments. We lived here for about 18 months. Overall, our experience has been good with the amenities and the management.
It was worth the rent we paid for. Garages are located in between the buildings at the back side and half stall is big enough put in a truck or a car and a motor bike, but the whole garage is spacious. We had two cars, one motor bike and plenty of garage tools and storage.
The maintenance was prompt and good. All the maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants value

Worse place to live. Been through hell here, they will try and get every penny they can out of you and screw you over. See also rengency pointe. Every review you see is absolutely true.
