Edit after response: Acknowledgement of an issue is even more important when it's an emergency/unplanned outage. Communication is important. The fact that the management refuses to even acknowledge the issue to residents is sad and disrespectful to every single person living here. When the electricity is out, Evergy sends a notification that they're aware. When there's an issue with cable or internet, the company posts an acknowledgement of issue. Keeping customers informed-- ESPECIALLY during unplanned situations --is basic customer service. I don't expect a minute by minute update. That would

Have been here for 6 months now so far no complaints. only had one issue and management was quick to resolve the problem maintenance came out same day also.
clean and quiet apartments great location close highway access and close to a lot of food and retail.

This was not a good experience. I wanted to move out before i moved in. Never rent without seeing apt first. Needs alot of updating among other issues. Needs
better management as well and maintenance was never done properly.

I moved out in April. I had a number of things needing fixed since November but were never fixed. If you don't mind hearing everything and I mean everything your neighbor above you does move right in. There is no peace at night since every person who owns a bass system seems to want to run it at night. The new windows were a joke if you payed to hard on them they moved. The only good thing was I received 99%of my deposit back.

I really enjoy living here. Very well maintained property, units are spacious, and maintenance is quick to fix any issues, which I have had very few of. Office staff and manager is terrific.

I moved in last July. I needed a new garbage disposal and maintenance came the next day to replace. The girls upfront are always nice and helpful. When I moved in the property manager walked my apartment with me. Maintenance was fast. My experience here has been good.

We moved into this complex due to amenities offered. There is nicer apartments for lower monthly cost but no amenities. The amenities listed at this apartment are misleading. The exercise equipment was taken out a year ago. No replacement. The sauna has not worked since we moved in and was told they were not fixing it. The jacuzzi for the last month has worked. However now not the working. No heat to jacuzzi or pool. Renter be ware

I put in a request a month ago 11/16 and nobody still hasn’t came and fix my clothes washer! I been calling the office every week. I even put in a emergency request because water is just sitting in the machine and they just closed it out without coming to look at it!

Refused to give my deposit back, Even though the apartment wasn't move in ready. Attached pics of the a/c unit the smell was terrible from mold/mildew. I was told I couldn't have the deposit back because it had been over 72 hours since I put the deposit down. However, they would not let me see the apartment until two weeks after I put the deposit down. The leasing agents were friendly at first but their attitude changed quick. Maintenance was terrible too. I asked them about the status of the a/c and was told "don't start with me".
