Clean, updated rooms. Very quaint. Not a modern day hotel, as it is on the national registry of historic buildings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small continental breakfast. Good places to eat on the next street over. Would stay here again!

It was like staying in a hotel in Paris. We had a sweet loft style suite. Our daughters enjoyed having their own space looking down on the rest of our room. We loved walking through the trees of the atrium to get to our room.

Car got broken into on in their private parking lot while the parking lot security was on duty, along with another vehicle. While waiting for police another guest pulled in and said the same thing happened the day before also. Online it said a queen size bed but the bed was a full size bed. Heat wouldn’t work unless unit was set to run the fan continuously. So don’t stay he unless you want your car broken into less than 4 hours after arrival.

The rooms were nice and clean. We stayed in a loft room which is cool just being different from a regular hotel room. The customer service was great. Our plane got in late and we were able to check in at midnight no issues. They have daily housekeeping and breakfast.
The best part though, on the night before check out I woke up at 2:20 am to drink some water. I looked at my phone and saw that Southwest cancelled our flight and rescheduled us for the next day which was a Monday. We needed to get home that day and there was not much to choose from. We found a flight on spirit airlines at 5:30 am

My husband and I have stayed here many times but this time I went with a friend. She was just as impressed as we have always been. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We stayed in the room that had a loft with a nice bed. It may be a little hard for an older person to climb the spirling staircase but we did just tine. The surrounding area is great....very clean and we felt very safe. The location is between St. Charles and Magazine....who could ask for anything better.

Cute, Quaint, and Peaceful!!! We absolutely loved the Prytania Park Hotel. It wasn't located right in the "hustle and grind" of New Orleans, but (being less than 2 miles away) it was PERFECTLY close enough to caught the bus and/or streetcar right to Canal Street, Bourbon St and (walking distance) to the French Quarter/Market and Riverwalk (FYI - $1.25 per ride OR $3.00 for an all day bus pass).
We were there the weekend right after Thanksgiving giving (which was the Bayou Classic weekend). May I say, what a DEAL on this room. It was REALLY nice, cozy and clean. An added bonus, not only was the

No complaints at all. I do recommend not walking the bridge, if walking from the hotel to popular streets. The bridge is full of people who do not have a home and even tho nothing happened to us the first and only time we discovered this, it is best to avoid troubles. It is easy to get to popular streets (bourbon, canal st) using the bus stop just one block and half away from the hotel, also close to the hotel there are some restaurants, is also somewhat close to a street I forgot the name in which all the expensive houses are, the restaurants in there and bars are full of more behaved people than

Great staff. The room was clean and I loved the loft that gave us our personal space. Loved the free parking with a security guard. Made me feel safe. Simple breakfast. Very close to many fun activities. And you can’t beat the prices period. Plenty towels, cold AC, you can buy snacks inside, they even have makeup remover and other things they set out for you. They have an ironing board, blow dryer, tv, microwave, and a fridge. I will definitely be coming back.

Perfect location, loved the free parking, the security guard was out there all the time. Felt very safe and secured staying there. Front desk was very nice and had great recommendations. The room was perfect for you. Very clean, little fridge, microwave, coffee pot, really cold AC. Lots of linens and towels. Free breakfast was mostly yogurt, oatmeal and orange juice. Bed was very comfortable and WiFi worked perfect. Close to lots of great restaurants, trolley or bus routes. Will definitely stay here again!

The family (2 adults 2 kids) stayed for 3 nights on July 5. Enjoyed the stay even with the unusual layout of the room. Air conditioning worked great as it is very warm and humid in July. In the early evening there is on-sight security so that was nice. Finally, the best part about this hotel is the nice lady that checked us in. Dori happily answered all of my questions from how to get to places or how to use the streetcars to your advantage. Traveling with two young kids safety is priority number one. She put our minds at ease. Because of her and the uniqueness of this hotel we will definitely

When we booked our trip we knew exactly where we wanted to stay! We had stayed here two years ago and wanted to stay again because we loved it so much! So private and quiet, clean. Ice cold AC, The ladies at the desk are so sweet!! On site free parking! Which is hard to find! We park our car and never use it the entire trip. The street car stops almost directly in front of the hotel. Lots of stuff within walking distance too. Also a guard is in the lot so I never worried about our car. Our favorite place! Will def stay again!!

Amazing place. Hidden gem in fact. It has a much calmer and serene feel than your regular hotel. Great location to take walks in the garden district, food and take the tram to whoever you want. Security in the parking lot and very nice reception staff.
