I don't even know where to begin. They have allowed a bunch of bad families to move in this apartment complex those families terrorize everybody. This family jumps in the pool at night breaks our playground hurts little children cusses adults out. Our entire apartment complex has complained about these families which happened to be family. You can go to the office all day long and there will be no one there. I don't know what happened to this place but they need to figure it out your children are not safe here. Be prepared for these families to steal your bikes for Kool-Aid on your door ding dong

Dangerous playground for kids, broken for a year now. Going to be a lawsuit soon if it's not being fixed. Parking is horrible they allow people to store cars in the only few visitors spots we have. Notices of all sorts on doors all the time making it not feel like home. That's not a peaceful way to live.do your job and stop making us fill out paperwork every two weeks.. or be on guard. Management doesn't even say hello outside of the office they just have an unfriendly demeanor.

This apartment is under new management and they have been causing numerous issues. They have been disorganized with rental payments; they're putting notices on several different tenant's doors stating that rent has not been paid when it has been. They are entering apartments without the permission of the tenants. They are also stating incorrect information about their tenants.

The new management is biast, rude, slanderous and unprofessional. I had previously given the place 5stars BECAUSE I WAS ASKED BY MANAGEMENT TO DO SO....they wanted their BONUSES. The assistant manager is the worst.
After living here for 7YEARS...I am doing WHATEVER IT TAKES to get the heck out!
Nobody but a handful of people pick up their dog "droppings", and maintenance says it's not their job. The trash compactor ALWAYS has trash and furniture sitting outside of it making the place look like a dump.

These apts are affordable compared to others and here there are great amenities (pool, workoutroom & basketball court) plus the apartments are good sizes. I wouldve never been able to afford a 3bdrm 2 bath as a single working mom of three. Im glad I found this place to make our home. BTW Holly the apt manager is amazing!!!

Cheaper government assisted living. The buildings and grounds are surprisingly nice. With an on-site playground, pool, sauna, basketball court, and exercise room, you'll definitely have a lot to do without paying for a gym. The tenements are mostly nice, though you will sometimes find trash or dog poo that has not been picked up. The maintenance crew is generally on top of things ad very friendly. They allow dogs of all sizes, with some restrictions for breed.
