I have lived at altitude 104 for about 3 months, hannah is freakin awesome she is sweet and always willing to help, John the maintenance is great as well he is efficient and professional, the only thing I have to complain about is the parking, I feel I should have assigned parking at no cost when moving in, I really don't like leaving my car where I cant see it! Other than that great place and great staff, Archie is also great and knows all the answers to any questions!!!

This place has been a great home so far for me and my 2 kids. Under new management recently so alot of things have gotten better. The staff is always willing to help and security is on point. Cameras and lighting have been installed. And has one of the biggest apartments in the area. plenty of room and storage on the balcony. It has a small fitness center and sauna for work outs.

Hello everyone,
I had just wanted to shed some light on the little things that go unnoticed. First off, its been a month now with our newest Property Manager, but the original staff, Archie and Nicole are always there for you 100% I've seen and read passed reviews, and so the past is the past.
Now moving forward, a lot has changed. Parking is now being regulated with parking decals. There is also a roving security personnel who does his rounds for the safety of the residents and to help deter theft on the premises.
Also the store across the street is permanently closed, so no more unwanted loitering

I love living here! My husband and I moved in a couple of months ago, the apartments are in a great location if you are military and need to get on base easily.
The people who work here are always really nice and willing to help with any questions I have.
The apartments themselves are beautiful done. I love the modern look with a color scheme of grey counter tops and white cupboards. All of our appliances were in great working condition when we moved in and haven’t had any problems so far.
The neighborhood itself can be really kind. I did learn that if you want a friendly neighborhood, you

We have lived at Altitude 104 for almost 2 years now. When we first moved in it was a good property and then we got two different managers who didn't really care about the property. Since Nicole has taken over the property has gotten better and continues to get better all the time. They work with you on any issue you may have and are very friendly when you go into the office. We are signing another lease until May.

So we lived here for less than 2 years. I just want to warn other military that may be coming in and renting an apartment before getting to really check out the area and the space. In less than 2 years we had our car broken into, our grill and patio furniture stolen, dealt with mold, rats, and constant gun shots keeping us awake at night. The windows don't even have locks on them. Right after we moved in I immediately wanted out. The corner store right across the road has bars on it's windows for a reason. Also the parking sucks, no assigned spaces unless you pay for one so enjoy the long walk

I moved here in March of 2018. The original Leasing company that was here showed me a unit that was nicely decorated and in a quiet part the complex. About a month after living here I realized that what I was shown was a bit deceiving and left me with a bit of buyer's remorse. So why am I writing a review over two years later you ask? A few months ago a new leasing company took over with a completely new staff. Since this was at the beginning of the pandemic, I honestly did not expect much in the way of change. I am happy to admit that I was very wrong in my assumption... I am thoroughly impressed

I have nothing but great things to say about the management here! They are prompt, efficient, and very attentive. Unlike most apartments where maintenance takes forever to respond, not Altitude 104, I literally had a response in minutes and this is consistent. I will be here for awhile. Till I am done renting I am sure. Thank you Nicole C. and staff! You guys are exceptional.

My husband who was in the military and I moved out of these apartments. Nothing was wrong with out carpets and we had few damages and was cleaned after we moved out. They charged us over 600 dollars for damages on the carpet and more money for other damages that were not there. They are great when you first move in but when u move out it is a hassle and they make it very hard to move out. They make you get the apartment professionally cleaned then make you pay for them to clean it again. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone wether or not you are military. You can get a cheaper and nicer

Was sent to collections 7 days after I moved out with a $0 balance on all accounts.

Read other reviews! Only rented this dump because it's cheaper than others for a short term situation.
On move in the apartment smelled so bad it made me nauseous. Smoke/drugs/animals/mold/God-knows-what all mixed together. I tried febreeze and other plug-ins to no end. Everything has permeated the walls.
I vacuumed the carpet before I moved anything in and FILLED my Dyson vacuum with old dirt, hair, etc...it was disgusting.
The washing machine was filled with old hair and dirt and particles that I&apos

We have lived at Altitude 104 for a little over a year, we've only moved due to military orders. We absolutely loved the complex! The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was updated when we moved in, the floors are absolutely amazing! Every maintainer request was resolved very quickly, which is a big deal when you have two little ones. Our kids loved playing in the open grass areas and on the park! The pool was perfect for hot summer days! Champagne works in the office and is absolutely perfect! Good style too, you go girl! We 100% have no complaints! Perfect place to

Management is terrible. Has changed multiple times. Parking is a joke. Had bedroom window broken, they didn’t care and put a piece of wood over it and finally fixed it a month later. The amount of money I spent on these apartments is a joke for what you get. Neighbors would argue outside at midnight and there is police there every night. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Ever since I moved into this excellent apartment complex Ive had nothing but a pleasant experience here. The apartment I live in in excellent and spacious enough for my small family. The carpeting is very comfortable and the color is perfect! The location here is conveniently located where I can get everything I need within 5-10 miles! Grocery,… Clothing, furniture you name it. The staff is amazing and very friendly and welcoming to assist you with the needs of finding you the right place for you to call 🏠 😁🙏🏽 And with the Nightly patrols that go through ensuring

We lived here for two years the first year the office staff was kind of horrible and not very consistent. My neighbors were loud and the over all atmosphere was just bad. Eventually the office staff got better but the overall area is just not good. My car was broken into a couple of times (luckily I don't leave anything of value in there). Parking was a pain. It always smelled like weed and many thing went missing from our back porch. The pictures on the website are very misleading. They tell you your apartment will be newly renovated but they really just changed the appliances, paint and carpet

I knew from the reviews before moving in I had made a mistake. Unfortunately I had already signed the lease over the phone while in transit on a military move. Let me get the one good thing about this place out there... HANNAH is absolutely fantastic and friendly and willing to help anytime. Other than that it’s terrible there. I moved in and less than a month of being there my vehicle was broken into and military equipment and uniforms were stolen, then a few months later my husbands car was broken into. The apartment complex claims they have a security company roaming the complex but there’s

I would rate this place 0 stars if I had the option to, but 1 is as low as I can go. These apartments are an absolute joke for the amount of money you spend, and the neighborhood it is in. Moved in, in November after having to wait an extra week from our move in date, because they forgot to clean our apartment prior to us moving in. When we did… move in the apartment was still dirty, and the carpets were wet. At night we hear gunshots, and yelling and screaming from our neighbors, I've had to call the cops due to a man trying to beat his girlfriend with a hammer, and on top of that people

Management is terrible, has changed multiple times since I moved in less than a year ago, there is no consistency, and they don't care about theft. I've had my bike, or parts off my bike, stolen three times despite it being locked to my car within the past few months and they don't care, and when asked, they said I can't keep my bike on my patio. I… understand policy but they have no place for people to store bikes safely and they aren't keeping the parking lots safe from theft. Under the circumstances, keeping a bike on the patio doesn't seem like a terrible thing until they catch the thief

Tacoma has much nicer apartments than Altitude 104 for better prices. At Altitude 104, parking is a nightmare, even if you pay for a covered spot. The location is terrible, and while they have security patrols, it still feels unsafe. Even with the renovations, the units are still mediocre at best. My unit had fleas when I moved in. The front door… looked like it had been broken in to. When I had to break my lease for a family emergency and move back across the country, I ended up paying over $4800 despite leaving the unit nicer than it had been when I arrived.
