UPDATE December 2021:
So we have a new manager here, Susan and she is FANTABULOUS. I honestly talk to her like a friend and forget she is my landlord. She is so kind and sweet and always willing to help me no matter the issue. She is willing to run in the rain for you... Brittany in the office is just as sweet. This is a great place to live, they are always open and honest and tell you what's going on. The maintenance team is still the best hands down. They are personable and always smiling. The grounds are always kept up looks great. They make sure not to schedule them too early so you are not

I’ve lived here since March, WORST decision I’ve ever made. Sure the managers of the complex are nice, but you will be dealing with crackheads, car break ins, loud neighbors, and trash as far as the eyes can see. I’ve had my car broken into 2+ times since living here. If rent is going to be so outrageous they need to build better gates or start actually doing back ground checks. Please avoid at all costs.

Susan is the best property management we had of all the manager we have so far. She really go out of her way to help residents to help out for anything they need. Wouldn't want her to leave or go somewhere else. She's one of the BEST as a manager or as a great person to know. Wouldn't want her to leave here HealtherStone Apts. It's a joy to see an talk to her.

I've been here about 6-7months now. No apartment complex is perfect but these ones are clean and grounds are kept up. Property Manager always happy to help resolve any issues. My neighbors can get loud after 10pm mentioned it to manger she resolved it and gave me the number for Security she said always call them after office hours they'll handle the issue for you. Haven't had to call them but nice to know I have back up for the future. Major complaint lots of kids and dogs hardly anyone picks up after dogs and kids can be loud at times.

There's a lot of crime going on around this neighborhood. 3 star because the management is not too terrible. But it's not where I would live nor I would let my family live. The only way to resolve car and compactor break-ins on this apartment is to build a high-rise fence and gate the access. It will cost so much money but it's the only way to block all bad people doing bad things towards resident that lives here.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Don't move to these apartments, you can do better somewhere else. I used to live there for almost 4 years. We been through several managers and office staff. Just the last 2 years we had the same manager, only because she was the leasing agent the first year. When I moved out, I was lied to by management, I was told that I would receive a final bill in the mail. After not receiving the bill I made several attempts to contact the office. They don't have time to change the smoke detector batteries, you can clearly hear them all in the morning. moved during the weekend, yet they charged me for not being able to return the key when the office was closed. they don't have a dropbox for key return or rent. kids are often unsupervised, and loud running around the complex. don't move here.

These are the worst I mean worst apartments ever the manager Tammy is horrible with a attitude all the time but if u call her out on it she says its because her finance was a herion addict the office is always closed either too early or they leave through out the day and u can never get ahold of them..maintenance is a joke everything is old and… breaks down my mirror in the bathroom feel off the wall and shattered I called the office Tammy said they couldn't come till the next day to clean it up witch they didnt i had to clean it up myself nothing never gets fixed so u have to call again

Heatherstone Apartments WA you guys are frauds! Did a walk through with property management the day our lease was up, which was also the last day we were in WA, Dec 31, 2013. We were told no cleaning fee would be charged to us because I cleaned the heck outta the place and it looked great! We signed the walk through papers and we were told we were… good to go if anything came up, you guys would mail us at our address now. Well! 2+ YEARS LATER we get a call from a collection agency claiming we owe money for an apartment we use to rent, we left damages, were charged for cleaning, overdue rent

Very poor management. Calls were almost never returned. I went in to get the pool key 5 minutes later the manager comes out to tell me the pool is closed due to failed health inspection(glad I decided to lay in the sun first). The pool was constantly closed and when it wasn't you could tell it was never cleaned. There was 1 compact dumpster for the entire complex that would overflow every weekend causing a horrible smell. Website says basketball and volleyball court which there is just minus the net and hoops. When my husband got out of the military they tried telling us that we could not break
