Stayed here shortly after the BTS concert in LA, Early Dec 2021. The room was sufficient, the staff very friendly and the hotel excellent for the price charged.

Excellent customer service throughout our entire stay, and better service than I’ve received from 5 star hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

I thought this hotel was beautiful! I loved the 1920's vibe and the staff was so great. Really convenient location too. I stayed for 4 nights and was able to not only explore Koreatown but drive to downtown LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica. La Brea Ave is also nearby which is full of bakeries and cafes.
The parking lot is across the street and it was kinda expensive but worth it. The valet staff was super courteous and it was easy to sleep knowing my car was being watched over.
Would def stay here again!

Nice Living room my friend likes it. I went to drop my Friend off Food from Panda Express and I was not a hassle with the Traffic. The Hotel staff called my friend for me and He came downstairs to get his food. It went Well.

~100 year old building. Hotel is decorated with a vintage theme (old postcards, books, vintage artwork in rooms). Original wood flooring. Bathrooms were renovated but still have vintage design. Mirror was not above the sink. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. A couple blocks to metro station. However, even though there was space for it, there was no desk in the room and the wifi was spotty, so not the best place if you need to work on your computer.

Came for business, but the room was really cool (interesting interior with cool little vintage things). Comfy bed, strong shower, great burger at Cassel's downstairs, and Adam at the front desk was absolutely awesome. Gave me a great wine recommendation during the complimentary wine tasting and when there was a mishap with my checkout, he was totally understanding and helpful. Would come back again and recommend to others!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are friendly and super helpful. There is an old-world charm about the rooms. It’s also quite spacious. I only wished there were more mod-cons like outlets near the headboard. I also wished there was a proper desk where I could answer emails or take Zoom calls. I appreciated the water filter system on my floor - more hotels should have such features! There was a complimentary happy hour weekday nights but I didn’t partake.
Paid parking is available but it’s Kitty-corner to the hotel ($40/night). There’s a valet staff that manages it and they’re

The check in process was not smooth. The entrance was not easy to find (not marked properly in GMaps), they didn’t have a proper drive through-unload-car parking system. The overnight parking lot is diagonally across the Signal and you need the ticket from there while checking in and it costs $40. Then they charge you a $50 refundable deposit. The rooms were pretty basic and old but well maintained.

We had an absolutely delightful stay. Our hotel room was simple, clean and bright. We absolutely loved the details in the lobby, in our hotel room and our bathroom. The design and restoration truly paid homage to the time period of the building. The lobby staff were wonderful. So friendly and nice, saying hi and/or goodbye if they weren't interacting with other guests. The valet staff were awesome. Amazing customer service and quick to grab your vehicle! I loved the valet guys! The whole experience at Hotel Normandie was great - from booking our room, checking in and checking out. Highly recommend
