A current resident under this company and the negative reviews of this company are all VALID. Slow response, unprofessional attitudes and will charge for work they did not do. I have a personal handy man that I call for emergencies who is quicker to respond than Jeremy's team. When they finally do respond, they close the work order out as if they completed it and charge the owner of the property. I do not recommend this company!!

Hi- I leveraged Jeremy and TCRE as a property manager and am leaving this review to ensure no one else has to go through the headache I did. All I can say is run and do not consider working with this highly unethical team. I hired Jeremy to manage ONE property. Jeremy provided no value, no guidance, and absolutely zero management. I was left door knocking for rent, chasing down the tenants for missed gas payments, and finally had to evict them and file a theft report as well. Jeremy not only charged me the entire time, but he MOVED my defaulted tenants into one of HIS personal rental properties

Horrible company. Me and my wife rented a house that was managed by this company for a year and a half. The homeowners were wonderful, but unfortunately they hired this company to manage their property. We had multiple appliances break during our rental and the furnace as well. Twin Cities real estate services was unresponsive and drag their feet every step of the way when I came to fixing anything in the house. They would not return phone calls or respond to emails. When I lease ended we spent three days cleaning the house getting it back to better than the conditional received it in. Twin Cities

My wife and I had leased our home from Jeremy Hollingsworth at TC RES since March 2012. TC RES always provided us with exceptional service in a timely manner, and were attentive to needed maintenance or repairs. Jeremy understood our desire to purchase the property we were leasing, and with his assistance and guidance as a facilitator, it was made a reality in April 2018. We highly recommend TC RES whether you're looking to lease, rent out, or purchase.

Horrible company. Me and my wife front of the house that was managed by this company for 18 months. The owners of the home we’re great but the management company was awful. They were extremely slow to respond to broken appliances and took almost a month to fix a broken furnace in the middle of the winter. At the end of our lease we are supposed to get a credit for the furnace which we never did. They also kept $1000 of our security deposit without any justification. They listed a bunch of nonsense for reasons why we were being billed the thousand dollars like cleaning. We left the house cleaner

This company placed a mentally ill woman and her family in my property and charged me $975 to place them there. I'm sure they didn't do any due diligence before allowing her and her family to move in. In short, I had to evict them and they then destroyed my property, causing over $29,000 in damages. Twin City Real Estate Service also charged at least 50% more for any service they provided while managing my property.
My advice: stay AWAY! Stay far, far away! Do NOT hire them. Find a reputable firm instead.

If you're looking for a place to rent, I would not recommend using these guys. They will nickle and dime you at the end of your lease to pull deductions from your damage deposit. I was really disappointed in this company as they were pretty good through the duration of the lease. Be careful what you ask for help with in the house and make sure you get all communication in writing! You never know what you might need to prove...
