Pretty poor complex. Older reviews sound like the previous owners might've been okay but RADCO is absolutely terrible. I could rant for days about the problems with this place and I ended up paying to break my lease just to get away from this place. It's not worth it.
Edit: let me point out, I was a model tenant. Not once was I late on rent nor did I ever cause problems with others. My review is based on a small number of interactions with the management of this complex and those few interactions were bad enough to leave such a taste of disdain in my mouth that I moved to avoid having to work

Nicole was very helpful with any questions I had during our virtual tour and made my move in process super smooth. Her professionalism is one of the main reasons I chose this place as my new home, it was very welcoming. The two maintenance guys that I’ve met are amazing as well! Super nice & quick to get your issue fixed. The neighbors are really friendly & it’s close to a lot of stores. I am very grateful that I chose this community!

Had a virtual tour set up earlier this week it was scheduled for Wednesday at 1:30, waited for an hour no one ever came . Reached out to scheduling for the tour she apologized and said someone would give me a call ; never received a call . I even responded to the emails just asking someone to give me a call regarding questions about the property and availability; they said i would be able to speak with a leasing agent during the virtual tour .... but no one showed . Was looking to move ASAP and apply to but oh well . Someone reply with other good apartments in the area who may value my money and

Worse experience I’ve ever had getting into a apartment. I had everything in order. Credit, renter history, background everything. The problem they said I had was based on income. I needed to make 3 times the rent which wasn’t problem. I proved that with pay stubs from several different incomes. Every time I proved it I got denied. The leasing agent (Valencia) never called me or emailed. Despite me leaving both email and phone number multiple times. I know this is far fetched but I believe when they saw my name (which is “ethnic”) they already made they’re mind up that they weren’t

We've lived at Radius in West Ashley for 2.5 years. The apartments are nice and the area is quiet. The apartments are centrally located and it's fairly easy to get around. The pool and the workout center are both nice. We love seeing Anthony around the complex. He always has a smile on his face and asks how you're doing. If I need any maintenance work completed, he always shows up quickly.
