Jack was professional and reliable. He went above and beyond with our home inspection. We had the report with photographs and videos the same day of the inspection. It was very thorough and informative.
We were seeking a solution to an entry door that was not Hurricane impact and did not have the shutters properly installed, and Jack not only suggested a couple of practical and easy solutions, but was willing to update our wind mitigation report once it was resolved. Jack was a pleasure to work with. I hired him to perform a Roof Certification on my rental property in Palm Bay. He arrived early at my property and thoroughly explained everything he would do. Once the inspection was completed, He emailed the Report to me within a couple of hours. Competitively priced , Jack and his company were great. I was in need of 4 point/ wind mit home inspections for insurance purposes. Jack was over within 2 business days of my call and was punctual for the appointment. He was very thorough, took pictures and explained his final results to me. Results were emailed to me by days end to forward. He was knowledgeable regarding what is needed to satisfy your insurance company. I would highly recommend him for the above services. Also, a discount is given if both are done simultaneously.

Jack did an outstanding, thorough job on his inspection. As first time home buyers, I feel as though he took a ton of weight off of our shoulders by the quality of work he provided us. We used Jack's services for two different types of inspections. First, he did a 4 point inspection for a new insurance policy. He was prompt and very thorough and professional. He took time to talk to us and gave so much information about our home that we wouldn't have otherwise known. We liked him so much, we called him back for a Wind Mitigation inspection. We had the same experience: prompt, professional, and very informative. We were very happy with both experiences, and we will highly recommend him to our friends.
