RentOpt is an innovative program designed to help applicants who don't have perfect rental and credit history and are required to pay an increased security deposit. Usually, a person in this situation would be required to pay not only the first month's rent but also a higher security deposit that could be up to one month's rent.
All persons aged 18 and older must submit an application and will be considered a responsible leaseholder. If a person aged 18 or older is a legal dependent of the applicant AND proof of legal guardianship is provided, he/she will not be required to submit an application. Criminal screening, however, is required for ALL persons aged 18 and older.

I moved here right at the beginning of March right before pandemic hit. Although this community has gone through a complete new staff change within the year and few months that I have lived here I finally went into the office a few days ago because my lease was up for renewal and I had some concerns about the new higher leasing price. This was my first time since I have been living here meeting Britni who is the Property Manager. She did absolutely everything that she could to assist me with the increase rent concerns that I had. She has also been very good about responding swiftly to any concerns

This place has an amazing energy! I was traveling from out of town and was apartment hunting. I ended up missing my morning appointment however when I arrived Candice welcomed me and gave me an amazing tour. She was so understanding and friendly. She provided me with great information and the property itself is just flawless. I recently got a job offer in the area and I can’t wait to go through my application and move in process with Candice she’s a great asset to this company!

Upon arrival for our tour we were not greeted and.. I should have known we simply were just not welcomed. While the property was beautiful. Management was not so much. I noticed a sign on the wall that says they don’t discriminate upon race gender religion and etc. But by the end of my tour.. I understand why they had that up there. The lady (I didn’t catch her name) but her desk was right to the entrance. Gave us a tour first of all she was very short as if she has better things to do then to tour my boyfriend and I around the property. She even had a nerve to ask if we had jobs..... Why would
