Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. the maintenance team doesn’t respond to any work orders. i went into the the office and told them that there was mold growing in our apartment and they haven’t taken any steps to help get rid of it. left our gas running in our stove for months cause they couldn’t be bothered to fix it. when brought up to management they claimed it was because of a change in management but that was months ago. aside from the health hazards there is never truly any silence in my building. they had the nerve to have my car towed without any warning but can’t fix

I didn't care for it here. Vandalism, kids running up and down the hallways till 4am. Kids lighting fireworks in the hallways. Police may as well of lived there, got used to seeing them on a regular. There was a homeless person that slept in the laundry rooms. Glass shattered everywhere in the parking laught. Trash up and down the place, people throwing trash from their balconies. Children lighting fires at the playground.
In the ads they state you pay a said amount of rent then when your wrapped in there's like 150 bucks sometimes more worth of fees added to your monthly bill.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !
Constant noise and no one cares or follows the rules including the staff !!!
Always an excuse by regional manager as to why she can’t take care of issues some that are even stated in the lease as violations !
Nope don’t live here you will regret it unless you like total chaos everyday .
In reply to the owners response I’m not talking about normal noise from a multi family dwelling I’m talking about drinking drugs physical altercations yelling craziness chaos by your employer who lives on site !!!

Tenants are constantly noisy after hours! It’s either people being loud on their porch that you can hear hundreds of feet away, or people blaring music in the parking lot at 1am. Around the 4th of July fireworks are fired throughout the night starting more than a week before the holiday. Good luck trying to sleep if you live nearby.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. AMONG THE WORST APARTMENTS IN OMAHA. no lie. My aunt lived here 5 years and the last 18 months I lived with her to take care of her while she had cancer. Worst 18 months of my life. Im not lying when I say you'll hear every step of the person above your apartment. You'll hear every step taken in the stairs outside the door. Section 8 here as well. People breaking into cars frequently. Coos are always here. Place is a dump. Do yourself a favor and go to woodland pines right across the street. Same price 1000% better.

That place is horrible, Management is very unprofessional and they lie, watch them. They switch companies constantly. They have so many hidden fees so read your contract clearly. The maintenance people look creepy and are very rude. It seems unsafe at times the police are always in the apartment complex, high crime. The units need to be updated. The unit always smells like smoke which this is a nonsmoking facility. Very unhappy moving there. It's not worth it for the price.

Me and my boyfriend had lived here for a year and overall had a pleasant living experience with the colonial apartments. Jessica and Holly are both great workers. We had minor issues with things like drains clogging and dishwashers, but once I called they immediately put in a work order to solve the issue, problem was fixed within a day or two. Just wanted to say thank you for a great experience!!

I know the staff at the Colonial so well, a true sign that they are there enough to take care of everything!
Sue, Rob, Tyler, Jordan, Carly, Betty, and now Sarah, have all been instrumental in making certain me and my home are always taken care of. They have even gone out of their way in some cases to make sure I was given priority and that I had nothing to worry about.
My neighbors are polite and I haven't had any issues that weren't easy to take care of. The cleaning company the apartment uses took care of my floors when they got a little too wet during the winter months, which saved the life
