Karen got me in and out in under 7 minutes with information for dorm style living and availability. A task I haven't seen go so smoothly in ages! 7 minutes of bliss with that girl is such a high-school vibe but the help was worth it. Can't wait for the next 7 minutes I spend there lol but sadly they only have women dorm room.

Not great. Don’t let the trendy, youthful, Millennial and Gen Z-pandering name “Thrive” fool you… The complex is very old, and badly in need of a serious renovation- not just what they’ve done here, which is throw down some faux hardwood floor coverings and some tile backsplashes in the kitchens and a coat of paint and call it good… It’s just putting lipstick on a pig, quite frankly
There are maintenance and general repair issues everywhere and the office staff, while friendly, is generally unprofessional and very slow to respond to any requests. The photos/website are honestly very

I do not recommend for ANYONE to rent here. The location may be good for a college student but that’s about the only good thing.
-Water leaks from the bathroom ceiling. Made multiple complaints and still not fixed.

- Thin walls, you can here everything your upstairs neighbors are saying.
- Loud Neighborhood
- Power outages are common
- Gross environment.
- Can’t control your apartments temperature. No thermostat
- Maintenance is slow, no emergency maintenance.

I've lived here since the end of April my AC stopped working the second month I was here and still hasn't been fixed on top of that my hall bathroom has no water pressure and the toilet can't be used as it's cracked up the side of it we have had 3-4 new managers since I've lived here none of which seem to know what running a apartment complex intels I had people threatening to shoot my apartment up and kill my kid and the guy that was doing it was living with his sister and wasn't on the lease yet I was told there was nothing they could do about it I stayed in a hotel

AC has been out for days and there are cockroaches. It's been 100 degrees inside the apartment for days now. That is beyond reckless to not fix this problem immediately.

Absolutely disgusting apartments. I walked in on the first day, and there was trash all over the floor. There was a large hole in the hallway ceiling that was covered by a black piece of plastic that was leaking water everywhere. The mismanagement of these apartments is astounding. Save your money and find a better place. Thrive is a waste of time, energy, and money.

Roach infested apartment complex. Do not move in here, find alternative options every morning is an ordeal waking up and checking every nook and cranny to make sure these guys aren't lurking around. They've been showing up constantly.

Absolutely HORRIBLE complex. Changed their management 3 times since September & have changed their way to receive rent & utility while failing to tell the renters where to make our payments. Tons of late fees, extremely dirty and horribly kept up with, and maintenance never answers. Ceiling in bathroom was leaking and POURING out water for 2 days until maintenance finally came. Missed one month of payment due to their change of management and then was LOCKED OUT of my apartment ALL NIGHT without any notice. COMPLETELY ILLEGAL! NEVER EVER RENT HERE!!!!!

Great service and very helpful staff! I called on Saturday right before closing and they answered all my questions and even set up a tour! Wonderful place and I'm glad I was able to get a unit before they ran out!

Completely unsatisfied with the quality of the apartment for the money i have paid.
The paint-job is bad in here & had bubbles & the paint was ripped off at certain places.
The lighting was too bad so i had to purchase my own floor lamps.
The Ac ducts don't have proper outlet.
The very month when we moved in one of the toilets used to clog & we were forced to use the only one we were left with, so we put up a maintenance request & for our surprise I was told that only emergency requests were handled & our toilet was fixed after a month.
They have strict policies in lease documents about pets

Management is terrible! Each month they change the way your allowed to pay but do not inform you of the change. I've had instances of paying and than being told it never happened. When I asked for them to lookup the employee who took my money order they refused. All in all I would recommend looking somewhere else besides Thrive. There's also a huge cockroach problem as well as no hot water in the winter and no cold water in the summer.

Overall i have a good experience as i could not find any cheaper apartments than these one for students. Beside this, i would like to tell few point to consider.
1) There is no "Gym" or workout space.
2) There is no AC, it is chiller oriented so its hard to adjust the temperature for apartment. And many times we could not feel the cooling during the day time if its too hot outside.
3) The behavior and communication of lease office people is excellent as they are so polite. But the maintenance service is poor as they takes very long time to resolve your issues.

Thrive took over back in April and nothing but issues since. I had sewage geting backed up into my bathroom sink all of May with constant excuses from management saying I never gave them permission to enter even though I had left voicemails for them to on their emergency line (that was when it was set up) Next issue to arise, I came home and it smelled as if something burned, Phone lines for the complex were not set up and I had no one to reach (Sunday night) Come Monday it was taken apart and no further work was done as they need to order parts. That Friday it was "fixed" but I came
