According to the American Veterinary Medical Association, in 2012 New Mexico ranked second in the nation for pet ownership with 67% of the state's households owning a dog or cat. However, finding pet-friendly apartment communities in Albuquerque can be difficult, and finding those that accept large dogs next to impossible.

Lovely how i report child abuse to the office, management never heard of it after reporting it to the office staff. Reported it to management in person. This child screaming and being threatened each day by its parents happens every day since june! I'll never renew here again. Bad enough theres druggies throughout the complex and those that enter the complex walking through! A long list coupd be made here. Besides in their contract they forbid you to write any reviews about them claiming they will take care of them if reported. Hence why it ends up here in reviews, issues were never taken care

I honestly can’t wait till my lease is up , there are black worm like bugs that come in and out of the tile in my restroom. I been bitten so many times here ! I end up with very itchy burning bumps ! the tile In the restroom is lifting and underneath is black gew !! My restroom has a awful smell no matter how many times I bleach the heck out of everything . When I moved in the fridge was broken and nobody did anything to fix it.There is bugs that will once in awhile get on my bed.Cops are here almost every night and I hear gun shots weekly. In our extra room we don’t usually use it so the door

This is the best experience I've had with an apartment complex. Brian was the one who helped my partner and I through the whole process. The response time was very quick and he was always patient with all of our questions and eager to help. I love our apartment. No issues with bugs, ac works great, plenty of space, and everyone at the apartments is friendly!

I've been living here since the beginning of 2020, and it's been a solid experience. The apartments are a bit older, but management has kept them in good condition over the years. The maintenance staff is responsive, and the front desk staff has always worked well with me to solve any issues. Some interesting characters come through on occasion, but it's Albuquerque and I've never felt like I'm in any real danger. Overall, good value for the price.

People should know that this apartment complex is run by a bunch of thieves and incompetent. After dealing with 3 weeks of demands for one thing or another, they finally approved me. I had already given them a $250 security deposit, plus 70 administration fees and 50 application fee. And guess what they are refusing to return my deposit.
Soooo, I plan on letting people know that Monarch Investments is run by thieves and incompetents on social on a regular

I have lived here a little more than a month so far. It is larger and nicer than the previous place that I lived. People are nice, and I like having on-site laundry and nearby stores that I can walk to - I have seen lower "walkability" scores, but there are nice neighborhood streets, and one just needs to assess their own walkability of the Menaul / Eubank area. There have been some small quirks, and apparently an attempted theft from my car. But honestly, any apartment complex will have issues of age of structure, amenities, safety, etc. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful, addressing

I've been at Mission Hill for over a year and unfortunately have to break my lease to move out of state to help my folks. It was a wonderful stay! Great staff, cozy, plenty of parking. My one bed unit is huge with a walk-in closet. I like that there are trees on the property and neighbors are great. There are surveillance cameras and central heating and air. This is a good part of town. My unit is on the older side but I was happy with it because its in my price range. Thank you Mission Hill!

This is a horrible place to live! Aside from the crime that comes with living in Albuquerque, when I moved in, I was told there would be replacement of the parking lot and installation of gated entrances within the next year. That was several years ago. The parking lot only recently was replaced and still no word of the gates, and during that time, SEVERAL vehicles have been stolen from this property and there are several drug deals we see going on in and out of the back entrance.
Second, the manager is a JOKE. She has no backbone and lets her piss poor, do-whatever-they-want maintenance crew

Do NOT rent at Mission Hill. I wish I could give negative stars. From the start, the girl whom helped us had no idea what she was doing, unclear of procedures, payments and all around questions we had. Once we had moved in we noticed baby roaches, we placed our name on the list to have someone come and look. The gentlemen told me there was no drippings and no need to bait. Each month we had the guy come back and sat the same thing time and time again. They're a big, small, medium, babies, any size you can think of, they have. We were also told we had a month to put utilities in our name. Two

I would NOT recommend renting at this location. My Sons car was stolen along with 4 others, that we know of. His company vehicle has had its window busted, and my Son has had to get two tires repaired, on the car he purchased after his was stolen. He does not feel safe there and Management has not offered anything. When he finally talked to them about moving, they had the nerve to tell him he would have to pay to break the lease. He has police reports, now they are saying that along with that he needed a report from their security also. This information is not stated in the lease. Consulting a

I would not recommend. Horrible experience. Management did not accommodate at all for any inconvenience on residents units until it was too late, Maintenance had a horrible attitude and Repair man had issues finding the cause or problems of what was happening. photos and evidence of things happening were being ignored. it was stressful and overwhelming living there.

I wish I could rate Mission Hill with negative stars. The year long journey of living there included: constant roach infestation, raw sewage seeping into the bathtub, five weeks without heat in December, six weeks without air conditioner in June and July, and nonexistent management to help alleviate these problems. The cherry on top is the overwhelming number of drug addicts and convicts who live in the complex and those that frequent the area to steal cars, harass residents and make the place incredibly unsafe for families with children. Even a thirty day notice wasn't enough as there was

DO NOT rent at this place!! Mission Hill was definitely the WORST place to live. It was the worst experience. My boyfriend and I moved into Mission Hill in February 2014. When we signed the lease, we were supposed to have a bottom floor apartment next to the pool and next to the laundry/workout rooms. The day we were moving we got a call from the person who leased us, Krystal, and she told us they were switching us to a different apartment, which was upstairs. We did not agree to this! The apartment complex was loud, people with loud music, people fighting, solicitors about twice a week, and to

This complex charged an 80 year old women who could no longer live on her own a fee for breaking the lease.
After 35 years of living at these apartments, due to medical issuses beyond her control, my 80 year old grandmother had to break her lease and move (she could no longer live alone). Even though in NM a major change of life event (like not being able to live alone) is grounds for a tenant to break their lease, she did not know this and the management office gave her the run around when she asked them about having to pay the fee. We had posted a review on yelp telling people the truth about these apts a while ago, but one day when our printer broke. we had asked the front office if they could print something for us and William had told us the only way they would do it, is if we deleted our review on yelp...
Needless to say here is the review we were forced to delete.
We had our room flooded one night. Like ankle deep flooding, we have video to prove it. It took about a month of us having all of our furniture in our living room, until finally they sent a non English speaking worker to "check out" the leak. He

This is terrible complex, unsafe parking lot even though it's semi-gated. A lot of the apartments are in bad repair though they may seem okay at first site. The weekend we moved in it took them 3 days to repair something in the kitchen that had apparently not been hooked up correctly and consequently left water flowing everywhere when we had to use the kitchen sink. And yes WE HAD to use the sink because the dishwasher was broken for 3 weeks. After living here for about a month we walked into our apartment one evening and found our entire kitchen area flooded. Turned out that someone else
