I beg you not to rent with an MAA property. The cheapest of the cheap. I could go on and on about our issues including A/C going out once a week over summer, management ignoring emails and requests, lazy maintenance, dirty facilities. The sales agents don’t care. We were told the construction across the street would be done by Oct. 2021 but we’re in December and they still pound away every morning at 4 a.m. This month, they turned off the A/C in the rec center (that we pay $18 a month for) making it almost 80 degrees. They close the pool for weeks on end during the summer with no communication

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I reached out to MMA due to having issues with the property manager. I called twice and sent an email. Each time the property manager responded that she was sent a message that I reached out to corporate. However, corporate never reached out to me. Extremely unprofessional of the property manager and corporate.

I'm too disappointed in maa property at marsh cove in Savannah, Ga. I've been without AC since the beginning of August and I can't get anything done. I'll continue to call corporate everyday until something is done. Its crazy. Its 100 outside and 87 inside. I've called the residence care line but my AC IS STILL BROKEN.

I have lived in one of the MAA properties since 2006. The property upkeep is outstanding, the staff is attentive, the property is quiet, and the tenets for the most part are respectful. I call for maintenance; they are prompt to investigate any issue and if there are any fixes to be made, it's fixed just as fast. This is the upside.
The downside, my bedroom is over my neighbor’s garage, and the heating/cooling system is between my bedroom and bathroom. The garage door opener is extremely loud, and it vibrates my bed each time the neighbor decides to leave or return to their apartment. The garage

My daughter lived with her boyfriend at colonial marsh cove. In October 2019 she was late on rent and received a letter on her door. The rent was paid up as the money was given to Deborah the manager who is the nastiest person I have ever met. No further issues until November 2020 where my daughter was in fear for her life and her children. Yes Deborah was aware of the situation that was happening of the bf beating my daughter. I rented an apartment for her to get her out of there so he couldn’t find her. The lease will be up July this year so my daughter went to put the apartment in her name

My lease has ended at Lincoln On The Green during my stay I got behind on my rent due to covid-19 layoff. I made sure that I stayed in constant communication with Rachel Payne. My balance is paid in full and there is a judgment on my credit by Lincoln on the Green. I would like for it to be removed immediately.. There also is a red flag on my account by management and would like for it to be removed. This judgement has caused me to be denied for another rental property. I had no control over the pandemic. Have some compassion for people.

I have called several times regarding the lack of respect, harassment and discrimination my husband and I receive from the office staff at the community that we live in. Not once, corporate office has reached out to me or my husband, instead, they contact the manager and she is the one who calls. SERIOUSLY? SHE IS THE PROBLEM!! I have a trail of emails that prove her lack of professionalism and respect. They definitely need to transfer all of them to another location and hire someone who values their tenants and the business. What a horrible company to deal with!

I’ve been with MAA since 2018 when I first got out of the marine corps. I moved into my first MAA apartment in huntsville because they gave me some sense of security, I felt comfortable, safe and the staff was amazing, never had any issues. I lived there for about a year and some change, then I moved to a different MAA location still in Huntsville, that apartment was amazing loved everything about it and the staff there was also great. I felt safe and secure. Then I moved to Lincoln on he Green due to traveling for work and I felt like this was a good place to settle in for a bit with my fiancĂ

It saddens me to write this because initially, I absolutely loved this place. You have concerns when you sign your lease at all the fees they tell you they have when you move out, but you brush past it thinking that they just want to make sure the place is great for the next tenant. 14 months later, I get a move out statement that has me replacing a whole new carpet. Mind you, the carpet was totally clean and there were no odors. Apparently they lift up the carpet after every move, no matter how clean the carpet looks at the top. This was never told to me prior to signing a lease. Totally predatory

If you want to live in a community where your concerns dont matter then this is the place for you. My family and i moved back for a 2nd time due to our first experience being pretty good as we lived here a little under 2 years however when we move back its quite the disappointment. The apartment was not cleaned just fresh carpet put down. Maintence is short with you and rude and a little slow they mark work orders complete even though they never came to your apartment to fix anything and tends to walk into apartment without

Hands down, 100%, the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They do not care about their tenants, they will do anything in their power to squeeze every last penny out of you, and their staff is one giant conglomerate of compulsive liars. My family and I, have almost completed our year here at this apartment complex, and we'd stay longer if not for moving to another state. But, I had to make sure to mention, this apartment complex is the best we've stayed at (& we've lived at quite a few lol). This community is well kept, the pool, gym and car wash area are also really nice and taken care of. There isn't any loud music or anything crazy going on outside, always quiet. Very rarely do I hear people outside. I feel safe here, nothing sketchy, even at odd hours.

My family and I loved living here. We only lived here for one year but it was a great experience. Property Manager Kerrilee Stevens always went out of her way to make sure our stay here was nothing short of spectacular. I really can't put into words how much we appreciated her during our stay here. Nick from Maintenance was also a very nice guy and always responded promptly to our work orders and helped us out tremendously. The apartments are located in a nice area, low crime, and neighbors aren't sketchy. Every place has their pros and cons and the only bad I can think of is if you work

Wonderful apartment complex, I highly recommend. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly since move in a few months ago. We have needed maintenance a few times and they are always very responsive and professional. I love that they do not have breed restrictions like so many other apartments do, making it a comfortable place to call home for my entire family. There is a nice BBQ area and the pool area is very nice as well, I am looking forward to warmer weather so I can use it. The grounds are kept clean and the apartment itself is spacious with plenty of storage and is quiet. I was worried

I'd give them negative if I could. Horrific management company. They will try to rip you off. The washer and dryer didn't work for 7 weeks and I complained, but it wasn't until after someone who isn't normally in the office to take my concern seriously. Management is rude once moved in. They will try to require you to have cable, over charge in all utilities, treated my son very disrespectfully and if you move out early they will try to over charge everything, not give you the final bill and send it right to collections to try to ruin your credit.
