We provide traditional outpatient counseling services by our staff of skilled and experienced therapists that are grounded in evidence-based practices. We utilize physical exercise as a primary form of treating most commonly occurring mental health issues, such as anxiety & depression, and do so based on science and research.
To empower our clients by teaching them how to improve their mental health through the use of physical exercise in conjunction with the skills, tools, insight, and awareness gained through outpatient counseling. We aim to provide a comfortable setting for outpatient counseling services as well as a ready to use fitness center.

Services
At The Well Being, we provide outpatient mental health services and incorporate exercise as a form of treatment. We are not prescribing medication, we are prescribing a way of life. Cogito, ergo sum. I think therefore I am. Problematic behaviors are oftentimes rooted in problematic thinking. Our staff of skilled therapists can help you identify what your mental and behavioral roadblocks are, and figure out ways to overcome these barriers.
While clients are receiving counseling they have open-access to our on-site fitness center at no additional charge. This includes our on-site group fitness classes! We believe in the power that cardiovascular exercise holds as a form of mental health treatment, and have established it as a cornerstone of our practice!
An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves and to always keep the body guessing. Each class will have various exercise "stations" in which exercises will be performed for a given amount of time followed by a short period of rest between exercises and/or stations.
When it comes to exercise, people encounter many barriers. The financial barrier certainly can be one of them. Working with a personal trainer is oftentimes financially unaffordable to many, as is paying to attend group fitness classes. Sometimes a person is in need of the proper clothing or shoes for exercising or working out, but again, it is not within their budget.

This place is absolutely the best place for counseling that I've ever been to. Their staff are really incredible and there's no pressure or feeling embarrassed ever. They are down to earth people and make you feel very welcomed. The establishment is always inviting and clean. I've tried multiple local places prior to settling here and ill never go anywhere else ever again. They genuinely care about you and your "Well Being". If you're looking for a great place to help you better yourself and your life, this is hands down the best choice. Tim and the rest of the staff are wonderful people and great

I have been going to the Well Being for four years now and I have felt so much better then what I have ever felt. I have also overcome some challenging obstacles and situations. I have talked to Brendan Kelly there and he has helped me focus on what I want to and has made me more confident in myself. I have found myself more confident in what I do and what I want people to know me as and with also what I say. Going to The Well Being was the best decision that I have made.

I seen Timothy Peri for therapy after my boyfriend shot him self. The second meeting I had with him today.. I know I'm NOT going back. I've seen therapist before and that was by far the worst experience I've ever had. He was asking me things and details at this point I can not answer because I'm greiving.. He is pushy.. Rude and always seems to talk slow just to get through the session fast. That is so unprofessional!!
