I applied for an apartment and the next morning I got a call saying the apartment was no longer available and they then tried to sell me a different apartment at a higher rate. I spoke with Simon and he refused to refund my application fee even though the apartment was not available and they did no work to process my application. I received no response from the managing company. Good to know big companies still haven't changed and are still ripping people off even during pandemics.

Parking is okay, on the weekends it’s packed good luck finding a spot
Next to a highway so it takes some time to get used to
Pretty quiet around the community not much going on.
Accommodating for pets, although if you wanna let your dog off the leash for 30 seconds don’t, residents will find a way to complain about it. Or anything for that matter.
The staff in the office is hard to communicate with.
Swimming pool is always filled with kids in the summer so good luck trying to enjoy that.
Maintenance is pretty good with getting work orders done.
Overall the reason why I left two stars

I lived here for 13 months in a 3 bedroom Apartment. The apartment itself is really nice. I only have 2 complaints about living at the Paseo's.
One, A lot of stuff here seems to break and break often (microwave, restroom, lights, laundry, etc).
Two, the parking is ridiculous. Especially if you live in the "right side" of the gate. You won't find any open parking during the weekends and peak hours. Sucks because we pay monthly for an open parking and usually can't find any.
I would have given this place a 4 1/2 if the parking wasn't such an issue. Otherwise, this place would be near perfect.

Lived here for 3 years. It was great. Very clean, Staff was great. Had a few problems but they were quickly resolved. If you do encounter problems it's the people around you. If people would be more considerate of others the community would be better. But everyone is in the "Me" generation so they do whatever they want. Its pricey but its luxury.

I did not enjoy my time spent here. My apartment flooded 2x in the 5 months that I lived here. One time my neighbors flooded my place they unclogged their drain in my garage. Note: they didn't clean up their mess. 3 days later my washer flooded my apartment, they said you can't fill them past 3/4 full it does that.
Nice and new apartments but expect police running through your backyard several times a month as there are transient people that try and hop the gated community and sleep there.
Zero to no parking on the side I was living on even though it's not all rented out. Pretty much everyone
