I’m a current resident, the apartment and everything is just fine. It’s just that my neighbor’s dog constantly barks and is left outside and they’ve done nothing about it, i understand dogs bark I don’t expect it to be silent but it wakes me up everyday and the they have done nothing so it makes me question how much they care about their residents, i really wish this would get resolved

Unprofessional staff and horrible communication. I drove several hours to view the property. I confirmed before arrival, if I can speak with them and view the property that the lady said was available. When I Arrived she was at the door talking to a couple already and said there is nothing available “sorry check back in two weeks” first of all I should of been told over the phone they weren’t letting anyone in due to COVID or what ever she was guarding the door for. Second thing is what changed in an hour from speaking to me??? If someone was already viewing the 2 bedroom you shouldn’t

They are beautiful apartments and it's a nice area. But I had the same experience with the person in the office in July. I made an appointment for a viewing and I flew here from Pittsburgh. I was not advised that they were not showing units due to COVID. When I arrived, she didn't even acknowledge that I was standing at the locked office door for 8 full minutes. She had another prospective tenant sitting outside on the bench completing an application because she wouldn't let them in the office! When she finally did come to the door, she yelled thru it to tell me where to go to view the model unit

The same rude and unprofessional agent is still working there apparently. Which tells a LOT about this management group. Saturday (today) Noonish, drove all the way to the property because per apartments.com there were at least five units available. I saw potential residents outside the leasing office being pushed paper UNDER THE door!
This agent only provided paper with the door closed! Spoke to everyone with the door closed! Was she afraid of us?! Didn’t show the property or sell the amenities NOTHING.
HANDED thick paper that list contradicting fees (the floor plan paper has $150 for the

The leasing office staff member is very rude and short. I tried to contact them multiple times and could never get anyone on the phone. Once I was able to take off of work to visit the place the lady that answered the door was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I could barely finish a sentence before she shut me down and stated “nothing is available.” She didn’t even ask what I was looking for. I even tried to tell her that I’m not looking to move right away and I can wait until something comes available and she still cut me off to say “there’s nothing available” through the half opened

Went to apply here for the 2brdm apartment prior to recently moving i stayed in my apartment elsewhere for two years great rental history never a late fee! Because they weren’t able to verify my rental history they tried to charge me first months rent for my deposit I’ve never had a eviction nothings on my credit but a few hospital bills which apartments typically ignore so there’s no way my deposit should be so high even with unverified rental history my record is clean! my move in date would be in about 3 weeks so they expect me to pay basically 2 months of rent within 3 weeks the staff

Oasis At Regal Qak have not made me feel that way, the ladies in the office are not welcoming, then there was always aissue just trying to get processed and applied for the apartment I didn't know you had to have a 90 day paystub's and it doesn't even say that on the brochure...
also!! if family members or anybody you bring over goes in the pool they have to pay a fee whatttttt I Watch my little sisters time to time so during the summer..Soooo I have to pay five dollars each for them to

I have been here for about 6 months now and have not had any issues. Staff is friendly, maintenance workers are reasonably fast, and I don't have any issues with my neighbors. The apartments are nice and cared for and the apartments themselves are in a convenient location (grocery stores, fast-food, YMCA, and doctors being less than five minutes away). All in all, for the extremely reasonable price I am paying, the apartments are better than I could of ever expected.

If I could give it NO stars I would! When we moved we made the mistake by not double checking the apartment before signing the lease. So we signed and then saw the dumpster of an apartment that it is. There was mold and feces on the toilet! Not in it? On the side of it!!! All the wood trim was broken, the walls looked like my five year old niece and nephew painted it. The carpet had multiple stains and it smelled bad. We quickly told them we didn't want the apartment anymore, but they basically told us that's your fault and it's too late. Even though Estefanie one of the staff ladies

On Saturday 11/28/15 I woke up to what seemed to be a river flowing into my bedroom. I immediately jumped out of bed and when I stepped onto my bedrm flr, the water was approximately ankle deep. I called leasing office twice as this was during normal office hours (12'oclock noon) and as usual, I wasn't able to get anything except the voicemail. I then called the emergency maintenance # and no answer as well. So I left a voicemail and I recvd a call back from the maintenance tech who told me how to shut the water heater off and I did. He came over and was just as shocked as I was about
