We moved out un Aug, the apt was cleaned like a pro, I asked them 3 times, if I need to wash the carpet and theyvsaid No, they took all our deposit and charged us $100 for some crazy stuff. We moved the fridge, under the oven, inside the fridge. I had no pet and very clean in sll three years living there.
They are the most horrible people, I had rented in three different states and not even charged $1. These thiefs not only didnt return our deposit, they charged us $100 too. They were not responsive, very unprofessional, hanged the phone on us so many times.

Be aware of poor management and deceitful tactics to get as much money from you as possible when you move out. After I moved out, I was forwarded a bill for cost of carpet replacement in my entire apartment. The carpet was in the same shape as it was when I moved in- clean, no stains, no damage. I called and management told me it was fine to the visible eye but when they black-lighted it, it was filthy and had to be replaced. The carpet was never black-lighted on the pre-move in inspection and no where in the lease does it say they have the right to do so. The carpet was also 3 years old and the

I love this place. The maintenance guy is really nice to my cats when he comes over to repair my stuff, the office gals are really nice and respectful to me. I genuinely enjoy living here. Great location, decent prices, quiet neighborhood. While the floor plan is a bit dated, they have taken good care of the appliances and flooring over the years so it doesn’t look gross or anything. Grounds are regularly cleaned up and parking is easy. They definitely enforce rules here but that isn’t an issue if you’re not doing anything wrong. Highly recommend to people who just want a quiet peaceful place

Moving to Spokane from Vancouver in October 2016, I found out about Ashton Apartments and signed our lease, sight unseen after chatting with a leasing agent over the phone. It was a wonderful decision. Ashton Apartments has been one of the nicer complexes my husband and I have lived in in the 11 years we have been renters. The staff has been wonderful and attentive, they have taken any concerns we've had and addressed them quickly. In the almost 3 years we have lived here, some frustrations have, of course, arisen but those instances are almost obsolete due to the level of service we have been

This place is the worst complex. Buyers beware. Tons of hidden fees added to your monthly rent. Misrepresentation by the staff upon leasing. Horrible follow up with tenants. Constant nagging and letters from staff posted on your door for other tenants to see. Little to no amenities for the rental price. Staff is judgmental and rude. Very important -this company is based out of Florida and does not follow rent payment laws of the state of Washington. Washington residents have until the 5th of the month to remit payment. Ashton Apt staff will post letters and assess fines and harass you with eviction

We've only been here for just a little under a month, but thus far we've been very happy with our experience thus far. The staff has been incredibly kind and responsive to all our requests and needs thus far and have gone out of their way to ensure that we have everything we need while working with us and our schedules to ensure that they supply us with a fantastic living space. Based on my experience thus far I would highly recommend this community, the staff and residents are very kind, the living spaces are above average, and the location is quiet and has quick access to the best Spokane has

Ashton Apartments' management staff was a pleasure to work with every step of the way, especially Kristi. I felt they always genuinely cared about us as tenants and worked quickly to resolve any issues. Maintenance requests were always addressed within a timely manner. The units are cozy, and the neighborhood is too. Garages are provided, and there is parking in the lots, but it was sometimes hard to find a spot later in the day. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you're interested in living in apartments on the South Hill/in Moran Prairie!

By far the worst company I have ever rented from. Their rates are atrocious, and they have no contract flexibility. My family is in the process of purchasing a new house, and we won't be able to get into a home before our lease is up. They refused to let us stay an extra month, two months max at the same rate we are paying. Instead, we would be paying about $1500. which is almost double our usual rent.
