I called on the phone looking for a Miami Cuban gold chain within my budget. He said he had something for me a miami Cuban chain and so I came in within the next hour and I was shown three Cuban chains available. I ended up getting a 6.2 mm 14 karat yellow gold Miami Cuban 24 inches long. Customer service was excellent. They offered to send it to the jeweler the next day to cut it down to 22 inches because i asked about it. I wanted to but it was kind of a tough decision at the last moment. So i just went with the full 24inches. But it was great to know that they could get that
