I'm probably not your typical client that would come to a place like this, but it didn't matter to them. I was treated very well, especially when I made it clear I was just window shopping Tudor watches at the time. I did express interest in a Black Bay Fifty-Eight, and they added my name to a register (this was the middle of summer).
Fast forward only about a month, and they had one for me. They let me hold it there until Saturday when I could pick it up, and had it sized and ready to go in minutes when I arrived. I've been enjoying the hell out of the watch since, very happy with it.

Have purchased 5 watches from Packouz and have had great experiences going back to 2002. Rick is incredibly responsive and helpful; I will continue only to purchase from this dealer. I forget the employees name, but the blonde woman helping us was very useful. She gave me some silver polishing cloths, which saved me lots of money on getting my sterling silver cleaned and then she pressure cleaned out rings free of charge.
