Wady, the staff certified gemologist, received his gemologist certificate in 1980 so he has over 30 years of critiquing diamonds.

I have gone to 20 or so diamond dealers looking for someone that was giving me an ACTUAL deal. In every case, I was able to find a similar diamond cheaper online. Not at Northwest Diamonds. I called Wady with fairly specific criteria, and a pretty strict budget. He was able to tell me about a diamond he had on the phone that was "perfect" for me. I was immediately skeptical, as at this point I had looked at hundreds of diamonds and purchased none. I made an appointment and went to look at it -- and it was exactly what I wanted. Wady is fantastic. He was instrumental in helping me to select a wedding ring that my wife still raves about years later. I also purchased some earnings as well, which were of excellent quality and fairly priced. My mother in law is a former jeweler and both piece have stood up to rigorous inspection. I went to view what Northwest diamonds had in stock due to seeing them in the BBB as having no complaints and I wanted to make sure i got a fair deal. I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. I drove up from Salem, OR and was very impressed by the service that I received. Walda was very helpful and very willing to work within my budget and were were able to find something that took my Fiances breath away. Great to do business with and overall very fair and reasonable.
