I have lived her for a couple of years now , it’s a good place to live at . Well taken care of , makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in the office . Great Customer service .

I had my truck set on fire within 2 months of moving in here. Management gave me two days to get it off property. No compassion whatsoever other people have had wheelchairs stolen right off their porches. People hop over the gates constantly. Security is extremely poor and the pictures misrepresent this place greatly. The rent increase each time you renew your lease also is I guess you get what you pay for but definitely not great place a stepping stone at best to better places.

Don't come here, bedbugs and you will pay for the treatment yourself plus charges left and right because of the roaches in every inch, hidden fee, liars, everyday new drama, they not gonna leave you alone, very very very dirty place.

This place, at last, gets a good manager Alejandra. She is a down-to-earth person and is pleasant to talk to. What makes her stand out from other is that she respects people; she takes time listening to their input/concern and acts on it. The other in the team are Asley who is new and equivalently pleasant too, and Billy who is a helpful and funny cool guy.

Nice gated community in a bad neighborhood, they are not very friendly to pet owners and one of the managers gets mad for every little thing you do and is very nosey. If you like doing anything even semi noisy at night then you should not move here (also if you have kids) or you will get lots of noise complaints. Community garden, gazebo with a grill, club house, tennis and basketball court.
Tl;Dr: Nice place, cheap rent; two star review only because of the management.

I currently reside at Sunpointe and in response to previous review about the lack of hot water I can attest to that fact. but in actuality ,we have experienced 3 episodes of no hot water since the end of May 2019. The first lasted 2 days, the 2nd for 4 days and the 3rd lasted 4 days. I am currently in the process of breaking my lease and management repeatedly ignores a rental history request from my new home. Even though the complex broke the lease by not providing hotwater, a basic requirement, I am willing to pay the buyout fee. If only they would have the decency to respond to my new complex

Definitely would not recommend these apartments. Past few days they haven't fixed the boiler that makes water hot .. sooo that means we've been w out hot water for a few days .. who loves to take cold showers everyday .. nobody idont think .. they haven't even offered us a discount on rent or anything .. what are we supposed to do ? Jus wait till there's hot water to shower ?? That's ridiculous. They haven't even offered us to shower at another open apartment. This place is very lousy a bunch of junkies live here too . I have lived at Sunpointe Gardens Apartments for several years now and generally like the location , the trees, the gated community and, also generally the management. I want to say something about Becky, one of the manager's who managed here. This young woman impressed me with her fearlessness and confidence in protecting the security of the property from intruders. She also impressed me as being forthright and honest, and if ever she is eventually transferred back here, I would welcome her.

Lived here for a year. It is a terrible place to be honest. ACs are so loud, people are so trashy and management is so rude and disrespectful and they try to f*** you up every chance they get. If you like yourself, please dont move in there!

Lived here for a year. It was alright. Some of the other residents are pretty weird. I was shown a model with tile floors and was given one with carpet when I moved in. Never had an issue with any bugs. Laundry room worked fine and the grounds are up kept well.

Rough neighborhood. Keep your doors locked. Website constantly has issues. The manager Rebecca is respectful and helpful. Unfortunately, not all tenants are respectful. The crime rate in this area is extremely high.

Living here is okay despite the fact that you should not leave anything in the Laundry room while doing laundry. I have lost two laundry bags that way. There is definitely thieves that live in this apartment complex. Management needs to crack down on this ASAP!
