Just moved into my new apartment. Everything is very clean and fresh. Staff has been very attentive. One minor maintenance issue but that should be an easy fix.

I just moved from Midtown back at the end of July to take a job of state. I was there for 17 months and it was nothing short of amazing. I will move back to Wilmington and will be looking in to One Midtown before looking anywhere else. I truly miss it there.

Very easy move in .. the girls at the leasing office did a great job helping me get in. The apartment is very nice, modern, clean. The town is quiet. The residents all seem to be pretty respectful. My only complaint would be the bedroom carpet needed to be replaced and I am not a fan of the garbage fee.

Hannah went above and beyond helping me find the perfect apartment home that suited my needs. The application process was super fast and easy enough I moved in the day after viewing! All of the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone we worked with was absolutely wonderful, specially Madison. She got back to us almost immediately and answered any questions we had. The neighbors I have met so far have been so nice and welcoming and the community itself is just beautiful.

Spiders everywhere. They do not keep up with pest control. One building has bad rats, and roaches. They will try to get every dime from you that they can.

I love this place so much! I’ve lived here pretty much since they first opened and it has been nothing but the best. The staff here is amazing and always accommodating! The only reason I’d ever leave is when some day I buy a house, this place is just too great to give up!!

I’ve been living here for almost 2 months and I am thoroughly pleased with my experience thus far. The apartments are immaculate and the property is gorgeous. The office staff is also superb. Kira is always warm and welcoming and very helpful. I’d recommend this community to anyone looking for a luxurious community in Wilmington.
