Just returned from an errand that required a trip to The Boulders- it's Day 6 of snow in Tacoma and the parking lot is an ice rink. There's no evidence of salt/ shoveling/ plowing/ etc done at any point. Hundreds of people live here and conditions are very unsafe for walking and driving. How are folks able to get to work?
One would think that, after being sued by the state of WA for mistreatment of tenants during the pandemic, the management/ owners would make an effort to improve their image. Apparently not.

Worst management and maintenance I have EVER experienced. Do NOT live here. If you put in a maintenance request, they will mark it “completed” without ever having evaluated it. I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling for TWO weeks and they did not do anything. The management is even worse. They are the most lazy, non-caring people I have ever had the displeasure of knowing.

Thanks JRK Property Holdings for not scheduling my vinyl replacement until 4 days after my move in, not remediating the mold growing in my bathroom, and leaving my home in complete shambles with no working appliances for the evening. I love having all of my furniture stuffed in the guest bedroom since Sunday and not being able to use my kitchen. By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. We drove here from out of state and when we got here to move in the unit wasnt even ready for us and we had to get a hotel room. The staff is impossible to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of them they are very unprofessional and rude. None of the amenities are ever open. Neighbors smoke inside the house and affects our home and nothing can be done. They have charged me double the amount for rent multiple times and after spending literally DAYS to get ahold of someone they comeback and put the blame on you and don't refund you, they

PLEASE DO NO MOVE HERE!! The staff here are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Their website is filled with lies, There is definitely NO 48hour maintenance guarantee! WE HAVE MOLD IN OUR APARTMENT!!! BLACK MOLD!!! We reported the issue on CHRISTMAS & TODAY IS MARCH 23rd! THEY HAVE ONLY CAME BY TWICE TO “check it out” & again to “ take pictures “ NEVER CAME BACK AGAIN. THEY DONT SAY THEY WILL HELP US WITH ANY MEDICAL BILLS... MY MOTHER AND I ARE BOTH COUGHING UP BLACK STUFF AND BLOWING OUT BLACK STUFF IN OUR NOSES. THEY DO NOT PLAN TO COMPENSATE US WITH ANYTHING. Worst complex I’ve ever lived at. We pay for trash but the trash company barely comes. Mail boxes constantly broken or being broken into. Pools and gym haven’t been opened for over a year even though it can be open now. Basketball court been under renovations for over a year , they use renovations as an excuse not to open the gym/court. They NEVER pick up the phone. Ghetto. 0/10 would not recommend. Can’t wait to move.
