I am and have been a resident here for 4 years, and I have only seen a decline in the property's condition. All photos of the property are from at least 4 years ago. Residents leave their dog droppings everywhere, and the management does nothing about it. The fire pit was broken for almost an entire year , and when "repaired" it was lower quality than before. The pool no longer has the chairs in the wading area and haven't had them for at least 3 years even though other residents and I have asked for them to be replaced every summer since their removal. The grills are all in poor condition. The

I really enjoy living in Tyler's Ridge. It is a quiet community. It is close to a trail that I visit regularly. The staff are courteous and helpful.

I love Tyler’s Ridge! This is my first apartment experience and it’s been awesome! I’ve been here for over a year now and it’s been great. Ashley at the front desk is great... she’s always been super helpful and always so sweet! I love how dog friendly this complex is as well it’s nice seeing so many dogs here. I would definitely recommend living here!

Newer apartments. Nice pool area. Excellent dog washing station and fenced in area for dogs to exercise & play leash free. Nice exercise /weight room in the clubhouse. Nicest /friendliest staff you'll find. VERY DOG FRIENDLY

The Staff is awesome, the apartments are nice, the community is very laid back, and it's not too far away from the major stores in the area. My only gripe is the paper thin walls.

Awesome Place, Great management and the environment is incredibly relaxed. Couldn't ask for a better apartment in this area.
