Moved in about 4 months ago and has been one of the nicer apartments I've lived in. I hardly hear the people next to me but I do occasionally hear the dogs (Barking). Has not been an issue so far but this place is extremely friendly to animals. The price is reasonable for what you get and grocery stores are less than 5 min away. The only true negative I have is the parking after work and at night is extremely bad. Most times if I leave in the evening, I have to park across the street in phase 2 because I know there is parking there. Not exactly ideal but I have seen some sketchy parking at night

Terrible customer service. The apartment was spotless (have pictures to prove) and they still charged my deposit to replace drip pans on the stove. Also a made-up "final service fee." Went out of my way to keep them informed and to clean walls before leaving. Retired from the military and moved out of state, informed them I did not have room on the truck for my mattress and THEIR roll-off dumpster was full. Still charged $150 to remove it. I guess I should have been inconsiderate and left it next to the dumpster instead like every other tenant. The management team should be ashamed of how they

I have lived in South Park Village since March 2018. I was the first tenant in my apartment when I moved into it. The apartment is spacious, open floor plan, with very large closets, granite countertops, and hardwood laminate floors. They are pet friendly, with a great dog park. Playground area for kids, a pool, gym, billiards room, and small office area for residents to use, as well as laundry area. They have a car wash station for residents to use, as well. I have not had to ask for maintenance assistance too often in the time I have been here, but any needs I have had, the staff have always

We needed a short term lease while our house is being built. South Park was the only one I could find. Nice apartments. Nice staff. We've submitted a few minor maintenance requests and they have all been addressed promptly. Very pet friendly! Parking is a bit of an issue in Phase 1 but other than that, a great place.

Great place to stay if you don't mind paying $1000+ in rent and not having a parking spot past 7:30 in the evening. Cars are constantly parked on the curb due to the poor parking conditions. The apartments themselves are decent, cheap products throughout. The maintenance manager is the only thing this place has going for it, very professional and more helpful than anyone in the office.

We have lived here for roughly 4 months now and it’s a great small, and quite area in Sanford. The amenities are wonderful, the only complaint is the parking, when I get home after working the night shift I usually have to park no where near where my apartment is, other than that it’s a great place to live.

I'm a resident in Phase 2 who got to the apartment when it was brand new. I was the first renter.
The staff is really active. They will always try to have the facilities updated, clean, well maintained. There's no doubt that this is a cozy place to live. 7 months are gone and I'm glad to know that the next 5 I will still be here.
It's location is also super convenient. Minutes from shops, lakes, cities such as Raleigh and Fayetteville.
