Bristol Park Apartments

I enjoy living here, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly, pool open in summer. Just the gym hasn't been open since we moved in a year ago. Gotta love COVID.

I am seeking an apartment and applied three weeks ago online, paying the fee along with it. Since then I have only received one text message saying they were working on it, then NOTHING.
I’ve called and emailed numerous times to no avail. What is the holdup? I would have expected to have heard one way or the other but apparently that is too much to ask of the management.

The worst place to live. Management was horrible once Rosa came in to office. Rosa expected tenants to throw salt on the ice after storm so we could get our car out. I had to miss 3 days of work because of that plus maintenance can't fix a anything, trash all over parking lot. Oh a the greatest part was having to go to hotel for a week because after ice storm we had not water in our apartment.

I went to check Bristol park lease prices The ladies in the front office were very nice and professional. The office is very clean and inviting . They gave me all the info I needed . I will be back. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Currently live here and have been for two years. rent is affordable and location is fantastic with access to highway 169 and B.A. expressway. main and ongoing complaint is neighbors. no parking ever unless you dont work and have time to move your car. loud radios or verbal fights are a constant no matter the time of day (or night) and by the time courtesy patrol gets here the issue is long gone. cars broken down in the lot left for weeks. dumpsters all overflowing halfway through the week. not to mention the walls are thin enough in the bathroom i can hear my neighbors using the restroom so well

This has been the worst apartment complex I’ve have ever lived at. We’ve done nothing but pay our bills on time, and stay to ourselves have lived here a little while, but up until about a few months ago we started having some issues in the parking lot of the apartments.
1. Multiple vehicles including ours, was shot at from the road from a “drive by” is what we were told. So we decided we wanted to move, the manager walked around the parking lot with my significant other as he explained to them, we didn’t want to live here anymore and what we could/needed do to get out of our lease/end

They are going to charge you for every little thing when you move out. So be prepared to be in collections when you move out. Before you move in check for bullet holes and to see how many bed bugs are in the apartment.

I love the staff especially Kabrina the property manager. Kabrina has goes above and beyond to help residents. When I have had any kind of maintenance issues they have been handled in a timely manner and I appreciate that. The whole staff is kind and considerate. I love living here

I paid the $50 for 2 applications. They will not give me a straight answer about if been accepted. All they have to do is say yes or no. I work nights so asked to be emailed. Nothing, I called 3 days in a row to speak with a different person each time. Was told needed the same information I have emailed them 3 times. The most unprofessional place I think I have ever seen. I feel like it was a scam for the application fees. But I was going to pay for the six month lease completely upfront. This is bad business. Just give a person an answer, it's not that difficult, now you could not pay me to rent

Friendly staff that is always willing to help . Great apartments for the price . All bills paid makes things so much easier . Close to highway access only 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa .

Me and my little family absolutely love it here at Bristol Park. The staff is friendly and will work with you if need be. They keep the grounds neat and clean and maintenance is done quite quickly. The all bills paid is amazing you don't have to worry about a separate bill because it's all included. Bristol Park is a great place to live.

I lived here for two years, and had nothing but a pleasant experience. Never had any crime trouble the maintenance quickly responded for any issue, I never had any bug issues, but I'm also fairly clean. The staff is always friendly and will work with your different life situations, and they would even have breakfast on certain days for the residents, that was pretty sweet. Definitely a great place to live, plus all bills paid for a very fair price you can't beat that.

I lived in these apartments for 2 years 2014-2016. I was told the units would be upgraded and the rent would be higher. I asked for an un-upgraded unit and requested cheaper rent. They did comply with this. I got an Efficiency unit (1bed 1bath). The apartment was small and old but adequate. But then the nightmares started. My a/c quit working on a weekend. They told me they would not fix it until Monday (this was a Saturday). This was also in the middle of an Oklahoma summer. Then what I like to call the "plagues of egypt" started. First came the ants. Love my apartment! I moved here a little over a month ago and have had 0 problems. The front staff and maintenance people are great. My neighbors are awesome and my car hasn't gotten broken into haha. I had very low expectations when moving in here, but it's definitely been worth it. I was suppose to move into a Studio apt, but was moved to a one bedroom(it wasn't ready by move in) and it's great. The carpet wasn't brand new when I moved in, as promised in my original studio apt, but everything else is exactly how I want it. I'm on a 6 month lease and actually wish
