What a great company. Not only where they on time ... they were early! Geron got right to work and had a lot to inspect. The inspection was very well done and they checked everything and I mean everything. The process was done in a timely manner and the communication from the team to me was great. Never felt they were rushing and felt they inspected this home like it was one they were going to purchase, a real sense of ownership from the team. The wrap up when done was concise and gave me the details I needed to make a major life decision. Overall communication with the company prior to inspection
