Wayne and Shannon are engaged with you from the beginning. Buying a house is stressful enough! So you need to TRUST your inspector and you need to feel like you are taken care of. I STRONGLY recommend Bronze Star! Wayne was very thorough and took the time to go through the inspection with us and answer all of our questions. He made time in his schedule to make sure we met our deadline and was very flexible when I needed to push it back a few times. You will not regret choosing Bronze Star! Wayne was great and he and Shannon assisted me with an inspection on a new build. Wayne went by the home to view the progress of the construction at no cost and he completed the inspection a few days later. He was very knowledgeable and they provided great customer service. One of the few inspectors that do pre inspections for new builds. Wayne did an excellent job and is definitely priced well. From talking to Wayne, you can tell he is definitely passionate about his job. Furthermore, Wayne understands that houses are constantly being closed on and time is of the essence. Wayne came out immediately when I needed him for a quick close. The house was already recently inspected and I was provided the report to discourage me from doing another. But Wayne found lots of hidden issues the other inspector missed. Including the fact the home was on a septic and everyone believed it to be hooked up to the sewer. He may have saved me 12k if the septic fails the inspection now.

I am sharing my experience with Bronze Star Home Inspections in the hopes it will help someone else feel comfortable in their decision to use this company. This is my first home purchase, and it was built during the crazy delays, issues, shortages of supplies and labor created by Covid. I am not a builder, nor do I know what to look for...but I'm also not a fool, and don't just take the word of those building my home without question.

Wayne did a inspection on a used home for us. An all around good guy. Easy to talk to and extremely thorough. The inspection report was very comprehensive and detailed with pictures and easy to present to the sellers for repairs. Not to mention, he accommodated us within just a day's notice. Thanks Wayne.
