Services
Services Included in a New Construction, 11 Month Warranty, Pre-Listing, Buyer Inspections:. During the inspection, the inspector will perform a visual and noninvasive inspection of the following. All sections will be checked for functionality, safety concerns, and damage needing repair. All inspections come with a detailed report which includes pictures, diagrams, and explanations of things found on the home or business.
Michael Nibarger, the owner and operator, is a Certified Master Inspector and is listed as such through the Master Inspector Certification Board (this can be verified with the verify CMI logo).In addition to this, Michael runs a successful real estate investment business that consists of everything from remodels, tear down and rebuilds, to new construction!

Inspector was prompt and informative before, during and after the inspection. Turn around time was fast (within 48 hours) which is appreciative given time is of the essence.
Only request is if the report can highlight or red ink items they feel are of utmost priority. Our report was 58 pages long. While I appreciate the thoroughness - it can feel overwhelming and highlights help.
Because the inspector went over crucial items with us at end of inspection - I remember most and made notes.
Highly recommend!

Michael was great! We inspected a home with LOTS of problems that we were unaware of. He documented everything and walked us through all the issues to make sure we understood clearly. Very helpful. Great communication, very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give this company 10 starts, I would! I just purchased my first home and I attended the inspections. The inspector, Drew was patient, through and explained things to me that would help me keep my home up-to-date, secure and prevent a lot of issues! I needed a plumber to fix a leak, he had one to the home the very next day to expedite the closing process and to ensure the leak would be properly fixed without over paying in price! The company called me a couple of days later to check if the services were complete to my satisfaction and let me know they were here if I needed help with anything

If there was a choice for more stars, I would definitely give them to Michael and Drew. I've had many inspections on previous homes and this was by far the most thorough and in-depth inspection I have ever had. They were extremely professional and detailed on any questions I had. Words cannot express how impressed I was with the overall experience. Definitely worth the money to put myself at ease when purchasing a property. Thank you so much Michael and Drew!
