Crescent Landing Apts is a wonderful community to live. The apartments and townhouses areas are large and very beautiful. I've been living here for quite some time now and I love it here 😍. Our community loving and we care about each other and make sure that everyone is okay 👍Our managers and supervisor and maintenance are hard workers to help us with keeping our community members safe and happy!!!

The apartments are very nice, quite, lawn is always kept nice, garbage cans are never at capacity, trash truck comes often to empty. Put in a maintenance request, and you will be taken care of within 24 hours. Everyone mind their business, tenants don't hangout in the streets . Erin, Dawn, and the maintenance staff are very Professional and Nice! You can't believe most negative reviews, bc those are the ones with the issues. Move here and you will not be disappointed

This is a great place to live. It is a safe & peaceful apartment complex with absolutely beautiful landscaping. The management in the office, Erin & Dawn, and the maintenance team out here is always very friendly, professional, and helpful. Any issue I've ever had with my apartment was always quickly addressed, and resolved. I've lived here for almost 2yrs now, and if I had to do it all over again (find a place to stay) I would still choose to live in Crescent Landing. It is NOT worth living here. it feels as if you are a prisoner, you can not do anything out here, like you literally have NO privacy. the maintenance man will walk in your apartment without a care. the rent lady & maintenance crew is very rude and seem to be prejudice. they DO NOT come when needed NOR fix what needs to be fixed properly. there are so many bug issues as well. the prices for these apartments are OUTRAGEOUS for the condition that they are in. i DO NOT recommend living here!

They will put a note in your door to blame you for things you haven’t done. They will give you an apartment with things wrong with it and report back saying that the person living there has done it. The prices aren’t worth it and the pictures on the site are not up to date. There are people watching you the whole time you are outside. There is a man that rides around on a golf cart watching the children play. There were bed bugs in the apartment when we moved in. The maintenance man came into our house without permission and came upstairs banging on the room doors.

They do thier own espections every 3 months. They go through your stove, refrigerator, and closets. Than the come back and repair things that normally can wait until a tenant move out. (Like painting a freaking closet door).Than they come out and espect before section 8 come do espection.So look forward to them always being in your apartment for one thing or another. I had 6 espection in one year including the section 8 espection 🙄🙄🙄. Rent keep increasing. For almost 8oo dollars in rent. They should at least have a pool or gym or something 🙁🙁🙁.

I don't think management cares about their tenants.... they show up when they want and leave when they want (but they're there to collect the rent when it's du) like one time they opened at 9am and left at around 12 noon.... not note or letter explaining why they are closed. they don't even have a 24 hour laundry facility. (It's open 9-5 Monday-Friday.... the same time as the office) half the complex, including myself, have to go to other places, and spend extra money with UBER/Taxi to do our laundry...

The reputation of this place is still bad.. There are good people here, but there are a lot of shady people here too. This place is NOT child friendly either, my toddler has unlocked the doors and run out through the complex at night, I have had to leave my infant while chasing her 😧😡. Luckily some of the good people who live here have managed to help me catch her. They say that I have to buy the chain lock and they would be happy to install it. I was also told that they don't replace the light bulbs, that WE have to buy them, they aren't the twist in ones either... There's been mildew growing

The management here is the worst they do not give you a 24hr notice before coming to your apartment or before letting there selves without notifying you that they are going to enter. They are quick to put a note in your door then coming to fix anything in the apartment. They give you a emergency number to call after hours but when you call they tell that your problems is not a emergency and charge you 25$!!!! Not to mention they use flat paint which you can't clean cause they paint comes off so you will have to repaint if you want the $200 deposit back. This place is NOT somewhere you would want
